Not at all. It is perfectly normal if your battery health (maximum capacity) is more or less than 100%, even when brand new, or if it fluctuates up or down over time. The gradual decline is not in a straight line downward, and it may decline more rapidly at some times and slower at others. The previous owner of my MBP must have it running on battery all the time.
The battery calls for service, and I only get 1-2 hours while running on battery.
Have a new battery in the mail

Edit: Coconut agree´s with me. Can´t wait for the new battery, which´s presently being handled by danish custom authorities.

It doesn't. Not always.
In my case, my battery has 900 cycles and I'm already on 72% of max capacity. And keep going down...

I went to an Apple Store, to the Genius Bar, a coupple of times, and they don't do anything, they say it depends on usage, etc... So keep that in mind.

Mine is a non retina 2010 MBP.
