Can't say for sure. It looks like they may have updated the times to be more accurate? They were different yesterday.

Hmm, I have the same exact times for ZZ departure and Incheon arrival but then I have no updates after that. Hopefully mine is out for delivery too but not holding my breath.

Miles you were 9/23 by Apple right? I have a hard time believing we are still stuck in Korea. This phone is out by delivery for tomorrow I am betting. Apple is the gatekeeper remember! UPS is at the mercy of Tim and Angela!
Yes. 9/23. Apple is in the business of making great products and marketing them extremely well. The live broadcast on the 7th even made me tear up more than once (Mario!). What Apple ISN'T is a Shipping Company. There's a reason that chefs at five star restaurants don't micromanage the servers. Imagine if you kept getting conflicting times about when your bouillabaisse would make it to to your table until eventually your server says "No Idea" while the chefs keeps yelling out "25 minutes". Except in this case the yummy food is prepared but no one seems to know where it is exactly or when I should expect I can eat it. Sorry for the prolonged food analogy. I'm on a strict diet right now. Lol. Apple should allow UPS to go their dang job.

What time is UPS99 supposed to leave now? Google shows it in the air but FlightAware still shows "scheduled"

Another day, another pre-signed UPS form taped to my front door. Here's to hoping I have a nice surprise when I'm done work today. I didn't expect anything yesterday, but today could be the day if we wall wanna believe in missed scans. This is horse s***. That's all.

Trolls, stop telling people to relax, you're obviously here obsessively checking the thread like everyone else, stopppp

There's a big difference between checking the thread for information and being negative or creating conspiracy theories about what's going on because you aren't getting your phone as fast as you'd like which many people are doing this morning.

Well if they want me to receive it tomorrow, the date that Apple gave me, why is it still sitting in Incheon this morning? I'm not getting it until sometime next week now.

If we go with the Apple is orchestrating the delivery dates and we are to get them on the date that Apple originally gave us in our shipment notification (23rd for me too), then by instructing UPS to stop providing scans or give people no additional information or update shipping date to Apples date, They would know that people would get crazy. Why wouldn't they just have UPS send out updated emails showing rescheduled dates? We would all be a little upset, but we would have Apples email and UPS's email match up at that point so we wouldn't be calling both UPS and Apple a million times.

Now all of a sudden I get a"delivery information unavailable,I just checked it a half hour ago and that wasn't there "wtf"how many times are they gunna change my delivery date ,it's already been set for Friday ,then Monday, now what?

So I know many are aggravated as am I. I am curious if anyone on here has passed the date Apple stated in their shipped email or gotten it before. I went back to mine and it specifically states it delivers on the 23rd. No confusion in the language here as it doesn't say delivers by or possibly before. Apple obviously has a very large deal with UPS and is able to control deliveries which shows why pallets of phones are sitting in China or Korea for what seems like an ordinarily long time. Given the large number of shipments right now they prObably have specific numbers reserved to be flown over at a time based on whatever deal they have with UPS. This probably includes inventory for stores. If I were Apple I would have big problems with UPS providing dates that didn't match up with what I was providing my customer. I was pretty stoked to have my order processed much sooner than expected and even happier when I saw the original delivery date of the 21st. So naturally everyone is going to be mad when that date gets pushed back. Unless it doesn't arrive tomorrow I can't really be mad because they set expectations up front.

Now given that I do have issues with the whole process. First, I got my MyChoice notification with the 21st before I got Apples email. So if they are purposely not going to be in sync with UPS normal delivery times for the service they paid for, they should make sure that their email gets their first or work with the carrier to make sure incorrect dates are not provided. Second, it should not be easier to cancel your order and find one in store, especially when you preorder within the first few hours meaning you got up in the weee hours of the night to be the first to get the new device. What's the point then? Mise well just go back to having the super long lines on launch day and not do online shopping preorders. I think this was made worse by the fact that most ordered within the first 30 minutes and got dates well past launch day. If anything they should be paying UPS a premium to get as much stateside as soon as possible. You shouldn't be able to find them in stores until your preorder backlog is caught up.

I think this whole thing could have been handled better and hopefully they get enough complaints and fix the issue for the next launch.

Fully understand, and agree, in principle. The issue for me is that once those expectations were set, Apple/UPS started tweaking the secret sauce and told us all the phones were coming early... everyone gets hyped, excited, etc... then the unthinkable happens - NOTHING.

My beef is simply this: Apple/USP, you set expectations from day one. Then you upped those expectations. Then you failed to meet those new expectations. Just stop. Please don't taunt your customers.

This whole experience is so un-Apple. Now, throw in the "can't get macOS Sierra download to work", and I've put Apple on my **** list. (reference)

Sorry! It has happened to us all once it hits Korea.

UPS is not using the fastest shipping they have. But let's remember one thing. I have seen MANY companies go into a shipping contract with a vendor in bulk format. Discounted by volume. Ups knows full well who is shipping these and can handle moving these along in 2-3 days without it being labeled as such.

Lol welcome to the club buddy. Went from Wednesday, to Thursday, to delivery information not available, to seeing absolutely no updates.

My phone showed arrival in Incheon at 19:43 when I checked earlier this morning. Just checked again and latest status is departure from ZhengZhou (where it had originally departed from) at 19:35 (i.e. BEFORE the previous status update). Nothing makes sense.

If you have a Myups account you can release the signature right in the tracking
Yea....just don't feel comfortable doing that. They are building houses in my hood right now and there are so many people in and out....there's been some thefts already. If I end up needing to do that I will....just trying to avoid it.

This is what FlightRadar24 is showing for UPS99. It shows "unknown"!! Where is this flight?!? I have no idea what the hell is going on with UPS in Asia, but something is really messed up.

Why has this tiny package struggled to get here every. step. of. the. way? For serious. We've watched the last... like... 2–3 planes leave South Korea hoping that those would be the ones. I totally get the customs hold up—it happens. I get why we weren't on those planes... but this one... THIS ONE... the one we actually had a decent chance of being on "departs in n/a". I know, it's just a phone. It'll get here. But I can't help but feel kind of peeved because it's nearly Friday and that was Apple's delivery date for me, and it's not moved at all. If this was any other package that was given a specific date, like something from Amazon, I'd still be peeved. Okay... done first world problem ranting haha
