Same Pre Order disaster this year??

Why do you need that?
TELUS (Canada) ships with Priority, so the phone reaches my door in less than 24 hours after it is shipped.
And if you have UPS My Choice, you'll get a notification from UPS anyway.

ATT doesnt use UPS, and cause when millions of us didn't know when our phones were coming or had UPS my choice or not getting shipped to that addressee. if you put in your reference number as a tracking # it works. Last year was hell for me. watching every commercial plane come out of china, calling the number to see if my status has changed every hour. yelling at ATT support twice a day.... it sucked

I did this too. Got a processing notification the night before I got it (It shipped NDA)

it says the doors are opening!!!! Apple app is still not working...grrrrrrr...im still waiting for the apple app. i cant get sucked into ATT
 
COME ON APPLE APP....You're killing me!!!!!! this is how ATT sucks you in, they keep updating there site then you are like screw it i am going with ATT. Then they laugh at you and screw up your order....lol..

Why not wait to complain until AFTER Apple's app is late. They quoted 12:01am and it's still ten minutes before that.
