Not quite. Samsung is the one implying that the lack of a headphone jack is a BIG negative. Having presented that as their argument, they now have to offer proof, because it's not obvious (as, for example, a bad battery life would be). The same would be true if I said your screen name lacks a "Z" and is therefore inferior. I've stated a fact (it lacks a "Z") but it's up to me to now prove that makes it inferior. It's not up to you to prove me wrong, even if you could do so easily. I made the assertion, so I'm the one who has to put-up or shut-up.
My point being that in all of these commercials, the actors don't state these facts as plain facts. They make sure to imply that these facts are negatives and make the iPhone an inferior product. Which suggests that at least some of these facts might not be seen as negatives if they were stated plainly, without any bias.
