Is everyone living out in the sticks these days? LTE will never be faster than my home data connection--never.

Yeah you're lucky... Sadly most people in the first-world are stuck with connections that vary from 5mbps to 30mbps.

I hope you're being sarcastic. They copied the overall design and feel of the store. Most stores have shelves, while Apple chose tables to display the products. Everything done at the store is mostly different than others. Microsoft and Samsung copied the stores because the design works well.

And I hope you're joking. This is just hilarious and ridiculous.

Microsoft, Samsung, and Sony, and probably any shop with electronic equipment, and Media Markt, and even Uniqlo and Urban Outfitters, all copied the idea of placing products on tables. From Apple.

Are you serious?

Samsung is far bigger and doing far better than Apple.

Um.....Apple is making more net income on less than half the revenue of Samsung...Samsung is doing worse than apple.

Looks like Apple is doing far better and is more efficient, just like their phones.

Samsung have nothing else better to do. Firstly, making a video which mocked all the Apple customers who eagerly queue up in lines outside Apple Stores whenever a new product is reaching its launch date.

And now, they are trying to add Apple's flagship iPhone 5 into the battle. Seriously, Samsung doesn't know when the company is beaten flat. For once, Samsung should spend more time in reinventing than mocking.

If this is Samsung's marketing strategy, the company will definitely lose hold of its customers worldwide. Who would want to use a phone made by a company who has been stained by a bad reputation? Next thing you know, in a couple of years, all the Android users will jump ship onto Apple's iDevices running iOS.

The more Samsung goes into battle, the more it loses to Apple.

Hey Samsung can you donate me some money so I can get a new iPhone 5? I am stuck with this 2 year contract with AT&T and got a iPhone 4s but I do not want to pay the penalties, be a friend and donate me some money. LOL

Oh, Samsung....you copied Nokia's design years back, you copied Japanese brands cell phone design, you copied Apple's design and user interface. NOW you are going to sue Apple....how low can you go??

Samsung copies everything Apple does

I've seen Sony Stores like this for far longer. Apple's store design aren't new.

I can see it. It pretty obvious that they took design and conceptual ideas from the Apple store by looking at those images. Obviously when singeling out one specific detail and arguing about it to obsurdity, you lose the over all view.

Is that a store or a booth at an expo?

What goes around comes around.

It's time for Samsung to get its own justice. I hope they sue and win.

Love the fanboy rage tho. If apple is using Samsung patents then they are no better then any other company they sued.

The level of fanboyism in this thread is astonishing. I'm a patent lawyer very familiar with Apple and Samsung's litigation tactics. And that's all they are at this point - tactics. Numerous parties game the patent system and use patent litigation as part of their business strategy. If Apple will do it (God knows they have the war chest for it), expect others to follow Apple's lead.

The real problem, that this all sort of obfuscates, is that the patent system is completely messed up and badly in need of *real* reform.

You shouldn't bring logic and say Apple can do wrong too, they will label you as a Apple hating Samsung fanboy.

Whats good for the goose is good for the gander... to suggest Apple is guilt free in the game of technology manipulation is being blind as one can be.

I hope Samsung sues, and I hope they win.

It's time everyone begins to recognize there are no "winners" in this game, neither company cares for you, all they care about is money.
