Things are going to get very interesting now. This will prove to be one very fascinating movie![]()
WTF Samsung? WHY do you want iPhone 4S source code? Why the hell do you want Ive? You ****ing copied Apple. Its MORE than PAINFULLY OBVIOUS!
Grow up, and innovate. Stop stealing and copying.
What doesn't work in iCloud? It's quite a little lame to just blatantly say stuff that makes no sense, do you know that?
Your loss on the tv set.
Actually... I love their TV's... IMHO, some of the best ones out there and easiest to use. It's the one area Samsung really does well.
Well, what part of does not work as advertised don't you understand. What's wrong, did I spoil your precious apple? Don't get me wrong, I love them too- but take off your blinders, and put down the kool aid.
Where's the popcorn.![]()
I like both companies and this is quite entertaining. I'm just glad they both have deep pockets, but I think Apple will win this one.
i hope samsung company goes bankrupt and fails miserably thumbs up if you agree

Mr. Satzger is a former Apple employee represented by separate counsel. He is unable to sit for deposition before November 1 because, during the month of October, his lawyer has a full deposition schedule in a separate class action matter.
Mr. Nishibori is unable to sit for deposition before November 1 because he currently is on a voluntary leave of absence from Apple.
Mr. Ive is unable to sit for deposition before November 1 for personal reasons.
Mr. Stringer is unable to sit for deposition before November 1 because of work and scheduling conflicts.
You must be joking. Samsung TV's are awful! They are made out of cheap materials, their stands wobble like crazy and their contrast ratio pales in comparison to a good Philips or Panasonic.
Between my SGS issues and a Samsung monitor that failed far too soon (I did fix it for about $10, but some piss poor components in use...), I pretty much wrote them off when we purchased a new set last year.
Went with a Panasonic G25 series Plasma (54", THX, etc.). It's outstanding all around (and no, there's no issue with FBs or any of that other voodoo carped about over on the AVS-nerd-o-rama forums...).
We won a bid last year with the Feds, and a large company asked to see our proposal, but we were pretty much allowed to redact anything (as long as there was reasonable cause). So any [proprietary] methodologies, architecture, business practices, etc., got removed, and it was basically 50 pages of black squaresApple should respond the same way.
In particular, Samsung is keen to find out the amounts of subsidies paid by Telstra, Optus and Vodafone to Apple for selling the iPhones on plans.
[Samsung lawyer Cynthia Cochrane noted:] "If subsidies [are] given for the iPhone 4S, there are less to go around for my client's products."
uhhh, so?
The argument is complete nonsense. There are no subsidies. When you buy a phone that you think is subsidised, you just pay the full purchase price plus generous interest in monthly instalments as part of your contract.
Isn't that tampering of evidence? Or obstruction of justice? Any lawyers here to give us some insights into this matter?
I own a Samsung refrig, washer and dryer. At one time I had respect for what Samsung produced but now that respect has disappeared. In the future, I will no longer buy any Samsung products. Some people could care less about something like this and some people do. Samsung is not helping themselves with their current tactics.
Those rats better not mess with Jony.
but you are ok with Apple insane law suits?
Remember Apple start it and Samsung is responding in kind.
Protecting granted patents and IP is insane? Oh wait, this is the "it's not right to be a bully" argument right?
