Samsung is ridiculous. Xiaomi too. They just sit around and wait for Apple to start making something, and then they just copy it and tweak it slightly.
Apple already spent millions to 'test market' this product and the results: the market overwellmingly rejected it. The real question is why is Samsung is going down a dead rabbit hole?

This has a higher resolution display compared to Vision Pro, the new m5 should of had a higher resolution display to complete

Large displays, OLED screens and more. I could go on. I prefer Apple’s implantation but in most areas Samsung leads and Apple waits to perfect it or implement it in a more useful way. But let’s give Samsung credit where it’s due.
I completely agree with that, I appreciate how Samsung gives users far more options, even more than on stock android in many cases. I find myself using my Galaxy more than my iPhone nowadays.

There is very good reasons for that from
One UI to quality of their flagship phones and other factors when you compare the longevity over both devices released at same time the Samsung devices hold better performance wise

It was DOA because of its price point not its design or function. Most consumers can’t shell out $4000 for this type item, but most would if they were $1000…

But then it’s a crap device that doesn’t make profit. Meta. We’re definitely not at that point. Competition will help. Everyone should be praising this.

I'm not sure. Even with Meta's discount models this form of computing doesn't appear to be something many people want.

Still remember palm pdas. It’s early days. People want more content. Having Google on board helps a lot. Forget Samsung. Google is being exclusive for now but that won’t always be the case. That’s not their business

Hopefully it will be a bust just as it its was for Apple that will teach them to copy.

I think it’s great to have competition. Competition shows interest in the industry and market, and it will also force companies to not only innovate, but to also keep exploring the AR/VR world.
