I'm still ok with my original watch. IF there is a larger face option, 48mm perhaps. I might be interested, but not until maybe this time next year when the price drops.
...on watchOS 2, it is... (Apple will fix that)Battery life is already 'All day'
Cellular is going to add a lot of cost to the watch.
Correct.Doesn't seem right. I don't think this is true.
DigiTimes said:Although the second-generation Apple Watch is estimated to be unveiled in September or October, related supply chain is seeing rather conservative orders for the device.
Take a look at these:

Lots of colors, about $10 each, and pretty much a clone of the OEM item. I own three of them now.
Do you own the current Watch? I only ask because I'm sure I've seen comments from users who do track their sleep with the watch. They charge it in the morning while they're getting ready for work, and that gets it up to 100%.
Curious how many of the $12,000+ Apple Watch Edition owners will be upgrading, this fall?
I mean what Fashionista would want to be caught out with a double-thick, 1st generation Apple Watch?
Incredible! I can't wait!!! Seriously, does anyone care?
The Apple Watch is the ugliest thing ever. Apple should be ashamed.
Be sure to do the engineering design drawings as well. AutoCAD file please.Just did a mockup to imagine what it would look like:

Do want!
I know some content like text and photos wouldn't display as well in a circular display, but the prettiness is worth the compromise IMO.
I might do mockups of the stainless steel version and other bands when I have time.
I wear my Apple Watch in the shower, swimming in the lake and pool, water skiing, and working out when I'm covered in sweat. What more are you looking for? I don't think they are going to make it a diving watch.
Wow, colourful watchbands!
Innovation is very much alive with this company.
Should be big enough, but generally they don't appear to be.Oh come off it, don't be so naïve - innovation is not mutually exclusive from nice-to-have! The company is big enough to sustain teams who focus on the overall product simultaneously with teams who design new straps and accessories to grow the product line.
So why is MR following stupid DIGITLESS TIME?Correct.
Did anyone read the Digitimes source? Here's all it said:
So, focusing on the red bits:
- "Estimated to be unveiled" means absolutely nothing. It's a guess based on internet gossip.
- "related supply chain is seeing rather conservative orders" means that tons of new components aren't being ordered in advance. That means no new device in the fall. Just continued manufacturing of the old device as Apple builds up a solid user base (like the early apple TV)
And all the stuff about faster processors and cellular: Fluff. The clue is the 'could' in statement "<cool things> are all features we could see". Yeah, we could, I guess. And I could win the lottery!
If anything, the DigiTimes report says the opposite of what's being implied here.
Should be big enough, but generally they don't appear to be.
The company is big enough to sustain teams ...
