Decided to return my SS w/ Milanese Loop and keep my newly acquired Series 3 Edition White but hate the fact that it limits my band selection.
I purchased the Single Tour Fauve Barenia and love the look and feel on the SS but think it doesn’t look so hot with the Ceramic.. thoughts?

Wonder how the band would look with black stitching and metal

Leather loops (you see no adapters) look awesome on rhe ceramics

For some reason Heritage and State of the art just don't match

Don’t care for that combination either. I would go black leather or one of the many sport bands. I actually think the white sport band looks best on it. But, I’m not a fan of the white ceramic. I would prefer the gray model.

I really like the white ceramic for its unique look and scratch resistance but am disappointed in the lack of band selection.
I do have the leather Loop in grey and it looks great but would like some more color options in the Loop.

black leather loop, midnight blue leather loop, various Sport Bands.

You might try some Sport Loops too. On my grey ceramic grey, my favourite band is the black/pure platinums Nike Sport Loop as pictured here. https://www.apple.com/shop/buy-watc...reSelect=false&product=MQL82LL/A&step=detail# I could buy it separately from a forum member.

I hate to disagree with my good friend @mhoutman, but I actually think this combination looks good — the white stitching picks up the white body of the watch very nicely.

Remember these watch-laid-out-flat pictures are deceptive — the watches look very different when they're worn: you see things from a different angle. Admittedly the lugs are mismatched to the body of the watch, but that may not really be seen by the wearer.

I returned my (grey) Edition in part because the only strap that really worked with it was the grey Sports strap that came with it and it seemed disappointing to only be able to wear a plastic strap with a £1,350 watch.

Is there a way to see how the ceramic ones are made? I find it fascinating. I upgraded my og ss Apple Watch to the s03 ceramic.

Admittedly I am a little torn between the ceramic and SS. If I did decide to stick with the SS I think I’ll exchange anyway as I’m not too fond of the Milanese loop so I would save $100 by just going with the sports band.
I dunno, they are both great looking but the SS just has so many options to dress up with..

Agreed, it does look very nice. I’ll have to stop by the Apple Store after the holidays and try some different bands.

My dear friend, this is why we agree to disagree ;)

I was going to get the ceramic or Hermes this yr. Previously had a series 0 SS. For the price of either of the two, was able to buy a series 3 SS and SBSS.

The woven nylon band look nice,
