Series 4 Pre-order thread

No, I don’t see the need for it. I will be getting an ArmorSuit edge to edge wet install screen protector for my Series 4 once they release it to protect the display( the nature of my profession includes abrasive materials that can scratch sapphire so I need to protect the display)
 
The charges appearing on cards for the full amount are not preauthorizations. They are actual charges.

My card has been charged the full amount for 1 of my 3 watches - 40mm Silver aluminum with Sep. 21 delivery date.

The other 2 (40mm Gold aluminum and 44mm Space Gray aluminum) with Oct 5 -12 delivery dates haven't been charged.

The preauthorizations were for $0, not the full amount.
 
40mm gold aluminum GPS for my girlfriend and 40mm SG cellular for me. Able to get both for 9/21 shipping. Looks like we’ll be able to share bands now, hah!
 
I overslept until 3:18 EDT and ordered my phone first (XS Max), then my watch (44 mm stainless steel white sport band), then a phone case. By that time I was more awake, so I reviewed my order. Oops! I ordered aluminum instead of stainless steel. Went back to order the stainless steel with white sport band, but dates had slipped. Ended up getting a 44 mm stainless steel with Milanese loop for 9/21 in-store pickup.

Now deciding what to do with the aluminum--cancel or keep for the BF.

Ordered mine from BB last night. Got release day shipping on a 44mm SS SG Sports Band. I tried apple but was already Oct 5 at 12:02.
 
Ordered through AT&T, the order went through at 3:17am. The 40mm gold aluminum. Maybe it was just me but it seemed like it took 10 mins for the site to even show the series 4 watches. And the option I picked with the sport loop already had an October 1st-8th ship date. Others had a September 21st date. Not sure if the one I picked sold more or they just won’t be getting them till later.
 
SBSS with Sport Band through Best Buy with 9/21 shipping date

I've never done a pre-order through Best Buy. I'm a little worried about the "shipping date" part. I'm having it shipped to my in-laws since I will be at their place for that weekend. Does Best Buy deliver on launch, or ship?

You’re in Columbus and was able to order a Stainless Steel for store pickup? Where? I live not to far from there, and NO stores I could find had ANY stainless steels for store pick up. They were all listed as 9/28-10/2 delivery. And I ordered right when the store went up.

Yea i didnt see store pickup as any option when making my watch order. I got it for my phone though. Odd.

Maybe I can change that as it gets closer to the Nike launch day?
 
I was on the T-MOBILE app with a rep just before midnight and right after midnight we processed my order. Got the 40mm Gold SS with the stone colored sport band. 9/21 delivery date. :)

44mm Space Gray Aluminum with Black Sport Loop. Ordered via app around 5 after and got 9/21 delivery. They went fast!
 
Is it fine to get the apple watch series 4 from Best Buy(store pick-up) for 21st sep. I am on vacation here in US.
Any difference between buying from Apple store vs Best buy?

Space grey 44mm Apple Watch Series 4, GPS+cellular with black sport band. 9/21 delivery. Woot!

Not going to activate cellular. Wanted the additional battery life. Also leaves the door open for the future option of activating it.

To get another sport loop band or not ... THAT is the question!

Opted for no SS ... couldn’t justify the price. Still pondering if I want to get AC+ for my watch. Had it for my S0 and never used it. My launch day S1 is in near perfect shape.
