I've enjoyed my Nike series watches as well but just bummed that they can never get them out the same day the others launch. Ah well, I'll at least have the phone to open next Friday and my wallet can wait an extra couple of weeks for the watch to arrive. :)
 
Ordered SBSS in the first 2-3 minutes, already into October Delivery. Ordered at Best Buy, delivery by next Friday. Will cancel the Apple order if it doesn't ship before the Best Buy one.

I’ve changed my shipping address before for pre-order by calling Apple maybe a couple day after, and it didn’t affect the delivery date.

Ordered iPhone upgrade first and by 3:04 the black SS with black sport band was already at delivery October. Snatched one Milanese loop for launch day.
However in general on almost all models days move out quickly. Seemed in much higher demand this year or limited supplies.
 
Here in Italy the difference from iPad App Store application and on my Mac was incredible. I've ordered my 44 SS Gold with Stone sport band with the App (I don't know why I need to enter manually the shipping address) and I receive the confirmation e-mail at 9:05 the store on the Mac come up at 9:13 with the watches already slipped to 2-9 October delivery...

Store opened on mobile App @9:02am Berlin Time. Placed my order @09:04am of
Apple Watch Series 4 GPS + Cellular, 44 mm Aluminium, Space Grey, with Sportband.
Delivered on Friday 21.09.
 
PSA: If you want to pickup the Nike flavor on Oct 5th, you can order at Best Buy and pickup in store that day.

I'm leaving on a flight at noon on Oct 5th...so went that route as I know UPS will arrive late. Downside is that I'm relying on Best Buy...fool me 462 times, shame on you still? Worth the shot though.
 
Slightly annoyed. Ordered 44mm stainless steel white sport band at 3:04 and have 9/28-10/5 delivery. I had to change my Xs Max from a 256gb that I did the preapproval thing to a 512gb so that took about an extra minute. Just can’t believe Apple has such low stock of these.
 
I've just ordered the Apple Watch Nike+ Series 4 (GPS) in silver all.
Couldn't decide what band I wanted, so I've ordererd both the white sport loop and the platinum sport band.

Same one I got but I don't really want the loop band (I have one from my current series 2).

May be tempted to cancel this order and just get a silver aluminum from Best Buy instead. Hmm...

from 21st to 2 okt - 9 okt. Had to change delivery adress and forgot yesterday.
Hopefully it will change to an earlier date . Fingers crossed

and thats why they do it, now you will spend more money on the strap you do want (I suppose the loop strap is a nice alternative saving £$50 off the price of a seperate). Luckily for me my friend gave me his S0 with SS Link braclet so I can dump that horrible white thing when my S4 arrives.
 
SS Series 4, initial email says delivered on the 21st, but the website says one week later. Not sure what will be correct. 12:06 order time, had to order a couple of phones first.
 
Got 40mm Space Gray for 21/09 (UK). I placed the order from Bulgaria with a 3rd party delivery company shipping address which will deliver the package to Bulgaria. I hope there won't be a problem with receiving the package, since I will not be there to sign it. Do you think I should try to change it to a store pickup by someone else? I don't know if it is possible at this point.

This is what I did, as well. Hopefully Best Buy ships on time. I pre ordered the Series 2 for, and it ended using being delayed. Think it happened to everybody order that time. I think they gave us all gift cards as compensation.
 
I could order a watch now from the website but would like to see them up close and personal first in store (when I pick up my iPhone XS next Friday).

I'm also a little miffed that none of my current 42mm straps will fit the 40mm watch (which I was looking to buy) :(. The 42mm straps only fit the 44mm watch.

Do I have more chance of picking up a watch in store next Friday as looking at the delivery dates online, they seem to slipping to October already....
 
Quick question: Do you know that if it is possible someone else to receive (/sign) your package? Have you had this kind of experience before?
