Straight and recently single.

I do get mistaken as gay, however, as I tend to:

(a) Take care of my grooming/personal hygiene rather noticeably (eg. copious amounts of hair-product in bathroom)
(b) Dress rather fashionably
(c) I am a slight-build with a "pretty" face.
(d) Very interested in design, and my home is neat, modern and reflects a large amount of effort and money spent on aesthetics.

I realize the above are stereotypes - but I guess people still subscribe to them...

Aw, thank you dear. I'm blushing.

Thanks Lee.

Yup, it does!

There she is! :)

Haha! Yep- I just looked at your pics in the MR pics thread and my gaydar went WAY off! :)

Definitely Queer here. Though I've been pretty open about it on MR.

I guess I don't immediately jump to Bi or Lesbian since each term carries some baggage.

I also tend to use Queer to describe myself because of its roots in Queer Nation, ACT-UP, the Lesbian Avengers, and Dyke March, all of which I've participated in at one time or another. Plus, I see it as a less assimilationist term, which is where I feel unfortunately the greater Gay movement is headed.

I'm straight...honestly I think people make a huge deal our of orientation.

Give everyone same legals rights and protections, and who the heck cares?

(I had a friend of mines parent ask me onceif any gays had "tried to convert me"...that question caught me off guard!)

Straight and married.

We used to live in Toronto, and it made us very proud to be Canadian when same-sex marriage (finally) became legal in Canada.

haha, Just a tad. xD

Those are kinda wicked.
My vans are the most comfortable pair of shoes I own.
I refuse to ever toss them out. xD

I suppose I should take my OT maundering out of this thread. lol

edit: nevermind.

Yeah sorry 'bout that....Let's start from square one...

Hi, my name is Wes

How are you doing today?

:p
No worries. xD

Hello Wes, pleased to meet you. I'm Mikel.
It's pronounced like Michael, people often mispronounce it, I really don't understand why. It's simple, really.
Anyway, I'm doing fine, today has been extremely uneventful, I guess I should get off my arse and get a job if I'd like to change that, but hey. lol
How about you? xD
