Yes. If you study the design of each case and refer back to what was said to be compatible, then you would have your answer :)

Could very well be. =/ I've got a tiny bubble with a piece of lint inside of it causing the mess. Not noticeable otherwise.

Thank you :)

The site I ordered it from has sent me another one due to the defect, I am very very very pleased. :D

Still sitting on the fence with this, I have a Power Support Crystal on the front of mine and I was already pretty happy with that.

In saying that, it won't be as durable as the GLAS.t, but then again the whole 1 shot application with this is off putting.

I too have the PS Crystal, and after just a few weeks I am seeing alot of scratches and it is very annoying!

Luckily PS sends 2 in a pack, but I rather not apply a new screen protector every time I have scratches.

The GLAS.t looks great, and if the price drops a bit or if there is a coupon code etc. then I will pick one up.

I'm wondering if one could install this using a wet method. I've had zero issues doing the wet method even with protectors that specify to use a dry method only.

They should offer a cheap replacement cost like zagg does in the event you get your phone replaced and need another one. If you send the old one back they would send a new one for a few bucks like zagg. Just a suggestion.

You can in fact reapply it if something is under the screen. Lift up slowly on one corner and try not to bend the screen. Using scotch tape, dab at the dust on the screen or on the underside of the protector and reapply. It's pretty much the same method you use with regular screen protectors.

I had a spec of dust that was bothering me and I contemplated whether I should try getting rid of it. I rolled the dice and it worked out fine. Actually did it twice and glas.t is still fine. So it's not one and done. You can reapply it if you are careful.

I've been looking at this product for the past week, and it is a little high on the end for the price. I bought quite a few from SGP in the past, and their products are great. However, I bought mine over at Cretouch store. They have free standard shipping for domestic US orders. It saved me a couple of dollars.

You can also use a scotch tape to lift up the screen. Never ever use your finger, you are bound to bend the screen and once it's bent, it's ruined.

I've done this many many times with normal screen protectors and I don't see why it's any different with Glass.t.

The key is to have an abundance of scotch tape with you.

I installed mine last night and damn this thing looks good! I did however, mess up a lil ... I didn't align it properly and the home button cut-out is a tad lower than it should be, oh well it doesn't bother me much.

I'll juder order me another or two for the future :D

I've just purchased a Kioky Screen Protector Applicator from eBay US. Should be here in the UK by next week. Got loads of rubbish screen protectors that i can use to test it out, then if all is well, use it to apply the glas.t

Defo agree they should include 2 just in case you **** the first one up (which sounds very possible!!).

I know this is the wrong thread for the Kioky, but after the talk here, I ordered one. It got to me in 2 days, amazingly fast. I've installed 3 shields on 3 different iPhones, and I have to say, they are all PERFECTLY aligned. I'm normally very good at applying shields, but this if flawless. I would trust this with any shield that would fit in the groove, including the GLAS.t.

What I did, I applied it in the bathroom with the hot shower running, and I did it with the Kioky upside down, pushing it onto the phone, instead of pushing the phone into the applicator. Peel off layer one upside down do no dust settles on the adhesive, and then you can see through the top down, and you'll know if it will align before you apply it. I installed 3 perfect shields in 5 minutes. I'm HIGHLY impressed with the Kioky and I will try this when I get another GLAS.t.

I'm thinking about trying this combo myself. Is this screen shield annoyingly thick though? I don't want to have to use those home button covers they give you.

Well I guess i'll be the first to screw up the install. Not sure what happened but I didn't get the spreading of adhesive like in the video. and for some reason it wouldn't stick to my iphone screen

I do have a question for those that got theirs. the glast protector itself was covered by 2 protective films. one was unlabeled and second one was labeled with "2 back" I take it the one unlabeled was the adhesive side?

I do not own this particular screen protector, but based on my own experiences applying a variety of screen protectors, they usually come with two labels saying "Front" & "Back". As is self-explanatory, "Front" usually means the side facing you & "Back" means the side that adheres to the screen.

I could be wrong & I'm very sure I am, but it seems to me like you're applied it the other way around. :(

Hopefully, owners of the SGP CLAS.t screen protector can give you better info.

cheap ones i got before were labeled 1 and 2. 1 goes to the screen side and 2 goes to the side facing you. This one I'm not sure

I have a few sets of new SGP Ultra Fine & Ultra Crystal screen protectors with me. It may give you a better indication of whether you have applied your screen protector correctly if those screen protectors are labeled the same way as yours did.

Give me a minute to go dig them out & check for you.

The SGP Ultra Fine (matte) screen protectors will probably not help as it only has one side to peel off. That side is only labeled "Back", letters colored in orange.

However, since the SGP Ultra Crystal screen protectors are glossy, like the GLAS.t screen protectors, they come with two sides to peel off. The labels are as follows:

"Front 1" - letters colored in blue
"Back 2" - letters colored in black

I interpret that to be to peel off the "Back - 2" to be applied onto the iPhone screen & once that has been done, peel off the protective front film labeled "Front - 1". Once again, I'm sure I'm wrong. :(

I think you'll have to be a bit patient & wait for the other owners of the SGP GLAS.t protectors to chime in with their findings to be absolutely sure if you've applied your screen protectors correctly.

Good luck.

Thanks for your help

You're welcome.

(*Touch wood*) In case you actually applied the screen protector incorrectly, hopefully the screen protectors for the other owners come with both sides labeled, unlike yours where only one side is labeled. That way, you may have a very strong case to get your retailer to send out a new set for you or something as the one non-labeled side contributed to your incorrect screen protector application.

But either way, get in touch with your seller & see what he/she can do for you. It never hurts to let them know the situation.

Good luck.

Got mine today, it is labeled the same way and the instructions do not specify which way to do it. I have not installed mine yet.

edit: sent an email through amazon and got this back

We are sorry that we do not have enough explanation on our youtube video.

Back is the sticky side (Adhesive side that goes to the screen surface), so you should peel off the (Back) first.
Please email us if you have any further questions.
Thank you.

Peter

I just replied asking what the significance of the number 2 was on the protector.

edit: reply

Yes, you will have to peel off the Back(2) first, and that surface is going to the actual screen.
Please email us if you have any further questions.
Thank you.

There we go. I guess I applied it to the wrong side. Usually screen protectors are labeled in steps as in step 1 and step 2. This one is different. I sent email the seller will see if they can replace it.
