i have exactly this, does yours have the rotating exclamation mark next to the consignment number? and what does it mean if anybody knows?

Same as mine and i dont like it. Because on the apple.com it still says 5-6th july. I dont wanna wait two more weeks. That would suck big time. Maybe it could be because i did order a black bumper and it has to wait for that ****.

Tell me about it I wish I hadn't ordered from Apple its a joke.

I don't think its the bumper delaying it as they won't ship till the order is complete.

Ok, my "Ships by July 2nd" phone has shipped. It's in HK. Should be here on the 8th.

I'll still have a week after that to consider canceling my order for a green "bumper". I'll have to see what else is out there. I really want something that will hold it in my iSkin holster, which I love.

Maybe we will wake tomorrow morning and find that we are in the "shipped" column. Then we can start tracking Fedex for the next several days. In a way this is somewhat aggravating, but then again looking on the bright side it's kind of fun. When Apple said it will ship by 7/2 I took that to mean on or before 7/2. So technically they still have a chance to save face. We shall see.

Well, finally some good news. It's on it's way. Apple came through and remains true to it's word. Although the delivery date of 7/8 is still almost a week away, I've waited this long so what the hell. I still have my 3G to limp along on even though it appears to be somewhat slower since installing iOS4. I hope others of you that have been salivating the waiting to be shipped had the same message when you awoke this morning.

Well Im pissed. I upgraded 2 lines on June 16th. My wife's 16gb shipped 2 days ago and will be here on the 7th. My 32gb went from "prepared for shipment" yesterday back to "not yet shipped." Anyone else ever had this? The were both supposed to be shipped "by July 2nd."

I'm in the July 2nd batch having placed my order on

My package is still in transit however since July 1 and the last location was still in Shenzen, China.

I had same thing foe 2 days and next update showed it cleared Alaska and was ready to move. Some of the earlier ships showed 5-6 entries in between.

Fedex never showed on truck, site still showed delivery 7/7/10.
Ordered 6/15/10, shipping data entered 6/29/10, started process in China 6/30/10. There have been other reports of how we can not rely on Fedex information. I told my driver what the site said and he just laughed. Best of luck to all.

You will be in Alaska this afternoon and if and that is if they had Saturday delivery you would have the phone tomorrow AM.
