Can you call TNT up on our behalf? I don't fancy spending 60p on another 0800 call from this mobile - and being put on hold for over 2 mins.
I have and when I track it under "carrier tracking number" its says "In transit to final destination - carrier details to be updated shortly."
Mine was allegedly dispatched on the 1st and its now the 3rd, seems odd that I still don't have a tracking number when others do.
Is yours also saying delivery by the 14th but on the order status page its says 5th-6th?
Just rang TNT they said there was a delay in HK and is on a flight from hk today, she said will be delivered on the 7th July Wednesday
I am quite surprised Wednesday as when I tracked my iPad via UPS the plane landed at east midland airport on Sunday and iPad was delivered Monday.
Anyway nothing we can do about that so will have to wait.
Just rang TNT they said there was a delay in HK and is on a flight from hk today, she said will be delivered on the 7th July Wednesday

where r u located? the last flight for today already left hk and is scheduled to arrive in LHR on sunday 5.40 am. can't imagine that TNT needs three days to get it across the UK. Luckily, my phone just needs pop in the tube and travel a couple of stops ;-)

This is unnacceptable! I am so glad I don't trust them with my important mailing stuff, this is the second time I've had this issue with TNT.

They sell communication equipment, and it seems that they aren't communicating.
That's what I say. Major communication problems between AT&T and Apple. I've spent hours on the phone with both. Apparently something finally happened because I got a letter today that said my order is okay and they will ship it in 3-5 days. I was a July 2nd at 8:59 PM PDT. Here are a couple of screen shots of what I had and now have.
