I ordered on the 16th so its taken a month, why oh why didn't I order from someone else :(

I sold my 3GS over a week ago as I was expecting it today/tomorrow.

Same thing. Worst customer experience ever. What if didn't check the status? Not even a call/email to warn me about this delay.

Same here. Looks like we're in the same boat (excause the phun).

But I wonder how apple have the balls to send the invoice and claim that the phone has been shipped?

Mine says "Out for delivery" now, did anyone with the same status receive it already?

When was yours shipped?

For more info about this delay:

I just spoke to my local TNT depot and he told me that for some odd reason they held onto the iphones an extra day before shipping them out. Thats why the update now shows "Incorrect transit times" etc. He also read out an email from the Manager of the depot which said this and that the iphones were all to be delivered together to all customers at the same time. The iphones are expected into the depot either tonight or tomorrow morning. They wont be delivered on time on 6th July. He said it would be Wednesday now.....

Just FYI:
Checked my status on Saturday and it said "Please call" - phoned TNT, who said it would be delivered on Monday, and there was nothing to worry about. Phoned this morning and was told that it's still in Arnhem and they'd find out what was going on and ring me. Got a call back a couple of hours later, with a helpful guy apologising for the delay (systems down), who said it'd be with me on Wednesday at the earliest and there was nothing they could do.
Apparently this is happening with everyone's order and it's Apple's fault for misinforming customers of the delivery dates...

Why the heck are statuses missing from mine?
That delay one was never in my status, until today.

I assume next stage is Liege Euro Hub or KG4?

Oh that's genius. Of course it's Apple's fault for not realising a bunch of amateurs like TNT would take a week to deliver stuff from China whereas most other companies manage it in a couple of days.

Pathetic.

Was it TNT who posted here occasionally on iPad and iPhone launch day saying their staff would be out delivering until late and not to worry? They're not saying much about the longest journey from China since Marco Polo got homesick.

Yeh and TNT want to take on Royal Mail !

Apple not telling the right shipment date that is boloney.
On Friday I check shipping times on the TNT site, like I was shipping my own package. By that the package should have been there today.

Yeah you would have thought it would be pretty easy to get it here and to the manchester depot by midnight. Think apple need to consider a new international courier or a second factory in the EU!

Arnhem Hub Shipment In Transit

Looks like the next tracking entry should be UK so going by that should be out for delivery tomorrow or Wednesday.

no need to google to know what could be next. Just go a few pages back.

Angry email sent to apple.

Steve jobs reply will probably be in the form of

Dear New Iphone4 user,

In addition to not holding the phone in a certain way until we deliver a patch we advise that you do not order from our website if you want your items on the date we promise. Hope you're looking forward to our next software update to fix these delivery issues.

Thank you

Steve jobs
