I’d rather they don’t add the fragility of a glass back, but more important is that they don’t add curved front glass or the rounded sides of the bigger iPhones. The SE is better in shape as well as size than the newer models.
I'm guessing you don't own an iPhone X? And if you do, does the notch actually bug you when using it?
Most of the notch hate seems to be from people who don't even own an X and just think they'd hate it
In what way is it the least comfortable? I just don't understand that at all...Touch ID was the best addition to the iPhone ever, for me at least. Face ID is a step back in so many ways, and so is the loss of bezels. The X is the least comfortable iPhone Ever, so i’m not remotely interested in edge to edge displays.
Use a piece of tape and create an artificial notch on your existing iPhone. It's annoying! Apple created the notch so of course it's the best notch ever created! But if Apple continue making phone with notches I won't be buying. The other argument could be that they don’t own a X because they hate the notch. Personally I played with a X for hours and the notch never disappeared. It’s like emperor’s new clothes.

It's just notch for me!![]()
I guess. But in my expierence Face ID is faster and more convenient when wearing gloves in the cold. When tech is replaced by something better or more convenient your argument makes sense - I've seen plenty of examples of touch-ID being faster and more reliable than FaceID so perhaps it's not there yet?

It's easily the most fluid experience I've had with any iphone. I just don't understand why you would WANT bezels :S
To me it's like going from the iPhone 3GS to the 4. After the retina display there's no way I could go back.
Now whenever I use an old iPhone it just seems so ancient with the bezels...

And less convenient when I wake up and want to turn off my alarm without looking at it. Or if the phone is flat on the table. Or when I want to pay for something and not have to move into frame. Or any number of other instances.I guess. But in my expierence Face ID is faster and more convenient when wearing gloves in the cold.

The odd thing about this rumor is the original SE was designed to have less features given its lower price, and so the SE2 having the latest features doesn't really jive. Space inside the small form factor is at a premium and I'd rather see them add other things, like force touch instead of wireless charging
That is immaterial, because it is a premium feature for appleLatest feature, like wireless charging that is available on much cheaper Android phones for years now?
No but apple does, in promoting its iPhone 8 and XI don't consider wireless charging a premium feature,
I didn't say that lmao. I simply asked why they didn't find it comfortable. Learn to read you tool. So, in summary:
1. Everyone should find the iPhone X the most comfortable phone, because you do.
2. Everyone should shun bezels, because you don't like them.
Who needs freedom of opinion anymore?
you had VHS tapes on your computer?Right? Just like they ruined the market and removed VHS tapes and floppy disks from my computers. Join us in 2018. I’d rather a notch then ugly black bezels above.
Exactly... and even then the main apple rivals (i.e. google pixel 2 XL, samsung galaxy S9 etc) have the fingerprint reader on the back and so it has the exact same problem.Alarms are turned off without having to unlock, and you're gonna be looking at the phone when you're paying with Apple Pay anyway.
The only valid one there is when it's flat on a table.

Either way clearly the iphone X is enormously successful so most people are with me on this... so why do you think it's so strange for me to be confused that someone would find it the worst iphone to use when so many people think the total opposite?
Next time I won't bother asking people why they have their opinions!![]()
It will also need the battery replacing every year! Otherwise it will grind to a halt!

Lol the samsung galaxy s8 was called a huge success and even with this 'downgraded estimates' the iphone x has still sold AT MINIMUM 50% more than the s8 did in the same timespan, and at a much higher pricepoint. Yeah... not successful lmao.Yeah it’s so successful all analysts are downgrading it’s oredicted sales....
Hardly a success story, especially at a grand.
It’s not the most comfortable either by a mile, because it feels like a mile when you stretch to bring down control centre!
Gah why are you all discussing the X anyway? The SE does 97% of what it does for about a third of the price!
