Yeeehaaaawww!! :D:D:D:D

Arrived this morning, posted by postie, no signature require. White jiffy bag. Return address: Syncreon Technology, Watling Street, Hinckley leicestershire.

Stupid thing is, I live 15 mins away from that address, and my partner goes to work at that Business Park!!!!!!!

I ordered the family pack.

Very happy, and about to FRESH CLEAN install after backup.

Mail just been and no Snow Leopard. Quite disappointed actually. Hopefully, I'll get it on Monday as this Bank Holiday does not affect Scotland. I guess it depends how far through the mail system it has got.

Got mine today. Second Class. Brown jiffy bag. No signature. No fancy packaging either.

Just a disk in a sleeve and a booklet

Royal Mail wonder why business' want to use other services. Here's a clue , there crap. The top Gear guys showed the Royal Mail can get a letter from the Scilly Isles to the other end of the country in just over 24 hours, so how come they can get a load of packages to cover less than half that.

Second class!

All arrived today. Cannot believe that it was sent second class; whilst in the US it was sent Priority!! For a lowly 9p difference, it would have come yesterday for all of us..

Oh well - installing now!

I know DEvon and Cornwall are cultural backward, but I didn't think the post service was this retarded down here.

Everyone should have got it yesterday or today. Or Apple should have not released it till after the bank holiday.

9:30am, my UTD copy arrived along with my front row tickets for Stephen Lynch at the o2 in Glasgow next March.

What's even funnier is that I got the UTD copy despite buying my iMac in March, but put my purchase date in as June instead, along with my iMac serial number and it verified.

Ah well.

Mine arrived this morning as well, I'm actually pleased they put the box inside a strong outer box to protect it from getting flattened in the post. I was going to return it to the Apple Store since I got impatient and just bought a copy there yesterday but the fiancée said that she wants to upgrade her Mac at home so she's bought it. Works for me I suppose :)

Well after waiting both mine have turned up today yipee (ordered a utd and normal disk) just backing up my mac now to do an install...., it does still seem to be hit and miss who is receiving them today just got lucky I suppose.

Also for all of you thinking of downloading the torrent to install today I think I read on theregister that hackers have put up a distro of snow leopard with a trojan in it to catch people out so please be careful!

Or Apple should have not released it till after the bank holiday.

I don't think the international release of a flagship product from a multi-billion dollar corporation based in the USA would be influenced in the slightest by the fact that a few of us in England, Wales and Northern Ireland have got Monday off work.

Mines arrived installing now ! Just popped it in and clicked install so hope it doesn't wipe my hard drive !

I thought the same thing just upgrade and run the risk but I decided to be patient and do a backup first you never know what might happen!
