Some M1 iPad Pro Orders Start Switching to 'Shipped' Status With May 21 Delivery

That’s great news. I ordered the iPad Pro 11” 2TB cellular model via AT&T and their shipping status has not changed nor do I expect it to.
Maybe the engraving will make the personalized ones be shipped later? I am waiting for 2, both engraved. It’s still processing... for JuneStill no movement on mine processing still.

U.K will be dispatched from Hinckley next Thursday hopefully for a Friday delivery. Don’t expect any movement until probably Tuesday / Wednesday then it will go PTS then shipped for next day delivery
It still has to move to processing first, I would think. That’s when they actually process the payment.

Anyone here having issues with their Apple Store app? Checking the status of my orders this morning, they vanished from my account! Like they were never there. All the pending/processing orders, as well as the ones already delivered (the Apple pencils gen. 2). What’s happening?!
Hope it’s just a glitch and the orders are still processsing. I tried to contact Apple Support and it’s not working on their website. It prompts me to try again later and such.
Yea my status went from shipped to order placed and my appletv order is non existent
The most concerning is the disappearance of the 2 iPP 12.9” personalized orders. If anything happened and I need to place the orders again, that would push the delivery date to end of summer at the earliest...
Must be a glitch cause mine doesn’t show either, it was working just about 1hr ago for me.
I was able to get through to Apple sales CS and they told me they can see the orders but not access them for details because their system is doing some maintenance stuff and by midnight tonight (EST) everything should be back to normal. So, I’m so relieved that my orders were not somehow dropped/canceled.
Yeah I’ll probably call them also in a bit and make sure my order is still good.
I checked mine and it switched back to order placed (pre-processing) so hopefully the glitch includes statuses too! My original shipping info showed May 21.
To make it even worse, not only my orders are completely gone, but my shopping cart on my Apple account shows one of the orders as it was before I placed it! With the exact same engraving. That really scares me. I need to stop checking on them until midnight or tomorrow morning.
Me too! I did find my tracking number and UPS says it’ll still be here Friday at least. I guess these things happen. Though to be fair, Apple should have planned the maintenance better knowino how many people were going to order iPads after the release.
So, we’re suffering together. Mine wasn’t even shipped out. I ordered one of them on 5/1 but later in the da, so it said I should get it in June. If only!
