An update to my address change saga: I think they did it right! I don't have either of my tracking numbers yet, but the one I found by tracking by reference and plugging in my account number now comes up as "Delivery Address Change Requested." So for those of you who also need to change your addresses, here's what I did: I called order support, used option 3, option 3, option 1. Explained my situation to the representative. She took down my order numbers and the addresses I wanted them shipped to, and told me she was "escalating the request" or something along those lines, though "escalating" was definitely the word she used. 6-8 hours later, the status changed on that shipment.
Now, i'm still waiting for BOTH of my tracking numbers for 16GB black 4S's, and can only find one by searching for my account number, but progress is progress.
On a related note, is anyone else still waiting for a tracking number? I find it odd that I don't have them yet, since they supposedly ship tomorrow...
