Sprint iPhone Pre-Order Status Thread

well its 6:14 and no iphone yet. horrible. UPS is the worst of the 3. I always get my stuff from Fed Ex and USPS no LATER than 2 pm and that's TOPS
For people like me that's a good thing. I usually don't get off work until later so with UPS I can always make it home to sign for my packages.
Put in my ATT Sim Card into my Sprint phone, it restarted, flashed a thing saying that activation is required, then this popped up.
note to self:
never order through a carrier again..... go to apple.com and get the phone.
The phone was delivered today.... but it was the wrong phone.... The UPC sticker said 64G, the box said 32G.
I ordered the 64G.
The replacement iPhone will take 2-5 business days.... :|

I'm more upset about the hoops I have to go through to exchange it..... apparently you just can't go to a Sprint store and swap it out.
Yeah that's how usually this company works , but can you at least use it till then ?
Never opened it or activated it. I didn't want to lessen my chance for an exchange. The only good thing is I hadn't ported my number over yet.... :|

Hey Aberreo I had the same issue when trying to activate online.
I had to call customer service and they did the swap on their end then I had to reset the phone twice and then it worked.
I'm calling them now about the activation issue, but is anyone else having a problem with the camera focusing?
It is really annoying me that it won't focus. I thought it might have had something to do with me restoring an iOS 5 beta backup to the phone, but I'm reading reports of people saying that iti s a broken/stuck autofocus motor.
Getting a replacement phone right now would a nightmare.

Working good here compare the ones on the iPhone 4 with them and it looks better better colors , autofocus works great , there is also a focus mode the of you hold on one spot for a few seconds it will just focus on the part until you touch somewhere else
plan is compatible. plan code is not. whatever that means. but they are fixing it so im happy. it works. yes. now to play!

I've played with iPhone cameras before. Mine is not working properly. I don't know if it is software or hardware though.
People said to flick it to "unstick" the AF motor, but it hasn't worked for me. Going to do a full software reset to rule out software before I replace the phone.
