Looks like it. You can my add 2 16GB Blacks to the not shipped list (they are two separate orders, not two phones on one order).

One of mine was an upgrade, and the other was a new line of service... has anyone who added a new line to a family plan noticed if the line shows up on their account yet? I'm dying to see what my new phone number will be, but it isn't there yet. I'm assuming it happens when the phone ships, since it will arrive activated. Can anyone confirm?

I can confirm it shows up on your account after it ships, i see my phone and new number on my account now.
 
Also, regarding those users who are moving their phone numbers from another carrier - the Sprint rep I spoke with said that AT&T had released my phone number to Sprint already. All I have to do when the iPhone 4S arrives at the house is call and activate the phone, and the number provisioning will be completed.

The rep said that it was scheduled until November 1, but that once I call and activate, it's as good as moved. I was a bit confused upthread, but that's what I heard...
 
Getting Nervous

I am starting to get a little bit concerned about my order, and wanted to see if anyone else had this problem or like it.

I got up early Friday morning and placed my order here at sprint.com for a 16gig 4s. Got my confirmation at 4:05am the 7th. Saturday the 8th I was looking at my status of the order around 4pm when a chat window popped up asking if I need help. After chatting with the sprint chat association, he told me that there was some sort of error with my order and that he would need to get with his supervisor to fix it. That would include getting a new order number and received an email with the following quote:

"In order to complete your request it was necessary to assign a new order number and cancel the original order.

Your recent Sprint order has been cancelled and replaced with Sprint order **************

We apologize for the inconvenience."

So I also found that the pre-orders had sold out at some point on Saturday for the model I ordered. Looking at the status today, it still shows the following:

"Your order is being processed. If you have any questions, please contact a representative at your original point of purchase."

Today I am reading that people are starting to get tracking numbers and their order statuses are starting to changing to "Shipping". So today I called Sprint to ask about it, fearing that because of Sprint's error and having to use a new order number, I would be pushed back into the back order group. After talking to two Sprint associates, both of which said that it was back ordered only to change their answer to "you will get it on the 14th or 15th" after telling them that back order was unexceptable, I am left wondering what is going to happen.

Can anyone shed some light to me, or someone who had their order changed?
 
I purchased my 32 GB (Black) iPhone 4S through Apple.com. My order's current status is "Preparing for Shipment."

I got the same exact call. *fingers crossed*!!!
 
Out of curiosity, how many of you with tracking numbers have seen the package actually start moving. On the SprintUsers forums, there is speculation that they won't actually leave until Wednesday, even though they already have 2nd day Air deliveries. I'd like to verify that as being wrong. I like the idea of getting mine early :)
 
All mine says is Order Processed. Im one to believe it will not update til late tuesday, early wednesday, with 2 day air arriving friday afternoon
 
i just checked my order again on my iphone 32gb black and it just updated with a tracking number both my white iphone and black have expected delivery by 10/12/11 which is on wed. :D!

I didn't get it until late Saturday night when all of my model had been sold out, but I was told I would still be getting my phone within the same timeframe.

What does your order # look like? Something like dy-shso-xxxxxxxxx or xxxx-O-xxxxxxxxx? The first one is what mine is like, and it shows the shiny new iPhone waiting in warehouse status (no tracking # yet), but I found the second one in my account under order history, and it only shows that it's processing. I've read somewhere else in the forum that the second style is for the warehouse, and rarely gets updated. The first is the customer version.
 
my two white 16 gig 4S have had tracking numbers since midnight, but my other three black 16 gig 4S don't yet.

After chatting with the Sprint guy the email sent to me with the "new" order # was the ****-O-******** kind. Under my account when I go to order history it only shows the new one. If I look up my dy-shso number, the status only says "SUBMITTED"

Thats possible, mine is the second style and its still ''being processed'' on the order status page. I wonder why they use two different formats like that.
 
Another thing I am noticing is that it appears that no one that ordered the 16gig Black version has received tracking numbers. So maybe those are coming soon.

When I look up my old order #, it says submitted too. You can't use that one anymore. They sent you the warehouse order #. I would say you have nothing to worry about, and you're just waiting for the email with your tracking # like the rest of us now, but if you still feel uneasy, you could always try to call sprint and see if they have another order #.

So we will receive an email from Sprint saying that it is shipping and will get the number? So I can't stop refreshing my order status every 10 minutes? haha

Yes, they will email about 20-30 minutes after the order status page updates. At least thats when mine came.
 
Just got my email from Sprint with the shipping information. 16gb white 4s

UPS shows shipping label has been created. Until UPS picks it up, I consider it not shipped yet. :)
 
Ok, UPS is telling me that a signature is NOT required from Sprint on this package?!? Is this possible??
 
Ordered 32gb Black via spring website about 1:30am PST on the 7th.

Have yet to receive email from Sprint, but did check www.sprint.com/myorder and I have been updated with a tracking number.

Says just like others, label has been printed, but the item has not been given to UPS yet. So we will see! Hoping for the 13th!! ha!

So I just got an email to register for sprint showing my account number and 2 phone numbers and unlike this weekend it allowed me to register on the site and create an account. So you assume because of this it's actually shipped? UPS still says order processing but I'd love for it to be shipped

Maybe shipped was the wrong word.. When I got a tracking number it showed up in my account
