Well no shipment or shipment, the old ship dates are in the past. So why not update them to reflect present times.

Just another reason why they all lie and give misinformation out. Yet people still argue truth to their words.

bbowswer might be referring to what they did last year (and this year with certain Gold 8+ models) and update the shipping windows based on when the order is/was placed--at least keep it real with those of us who stayed up to order early. But I see your logic in that a phone ordered today couldn't ship yesterday.

In my case, I have one 64 Silver 8 that left Louisville hours ago and a 64 Space Grey 8 that doesn't have any shipping info at all. Both were ordered 15 Sep at 12:01 PST. Like some have alluded to while talking to the chat reps, I'd rather just have a no BS date instead of now making plans for someone to be at my house to receive a phone tomorrow and again on an unknown date.

On the flip side, nothing I ever read on Sprint's website or received in a confirmation/shipping email said anything about them delivering on launch day if you pre-ordered within a certain time frame; most of it has been our speculation and misinformation from chat reps in foreign countries.

At least mine is the one on the way and my wife could care less when hers gets here! :D

Edit: My 64 Silver 8 arrived in my city already; these modern aeroplanes are just magical. I'm holding out hope for the rest of you!

Valid point. They never promised a specified 9-22 delivery date. After all, from the beginning, they left the shipping window open between 9/20-10/7. Probably to prevent non release day delivery backlash. They probably couldn’t promise release day delivery.
[doublepost=1506039611][/doublepost]Oh a side note, I just checked and she has arrived in my city (Dallas). She’s made her final destination.

Mine too! Cheers, mate!

They did however, state several times that they are processing them in the order they are received. The disconnect among customer service reps is very disturbing.

Touche. Maybe Marci would like some fan mail to start her Friday off right? That executive services team really hooked me up last year.

I'd say some emails would be a good call. This is something that really needs to be fixed on their end. They need to learn that their customers aren't stupid and that they should just be more transparent and honest. That's exactly what they told so many of us last year would change.

Oh, never mind. I just got my tracking number. It says it will be delivered last Saturday (I'm serious). Ok, well, eff you all!

Just kidding about the last part. I'm going to hang around and see what happens with everybody's orders. I'm hoping everybody else will also be getting their orders on time. Then we can all write Marci and thank her for actually listening to us last year. If Sprint holds up this year, I say we bombard them with compliments. And I AM serious about that part.

I been refreshing the tracking by reference page and I finally got a tracking number! I'm in New Jersey and I ordered at 256 GB 8+ in Space Grey at 2:57 am EST. There is still hope.

What number did you use for your reference number?

Where do you find the enterprise number? Which email is it in? I’m not seeing one. Has anything worked for reference for others?
It will be in the 3rd email with the subject Sprint Order Confirmation. The enterprise number is just under the order date and the order number. In my tracking on UPS i can see that the enterprise number is used along with the order number excluding the letters like oy-shso. There are two other reference numbers but I don't recognize them from anywhere.

Woop, woop!
It's funny though how they arrived at different times lol. Hopefully UPS doesn't take their sweet time delivering to me like they usually do on launch day.
Yeah. Mine shows it arrived and scanned at DFW airport at like 5:30PM. I'm having mine delivered to work so UPS always delivers there between 10AM-1PM

I have a feeling a lot of orders have shipped, people just haven't gotten shipping emails yet

Mine will deliver at home and by past launches, it has usually arrived by 7 pm. So I will playing the waiting game tomorrow. I took half a day in the morning from work to run some errands, but I will be back home by 3:30 and so will begin the stalking game.

Yeah it's a been a hour since I got the the tracking number from reference tracking and still haven't got a email from sprint. This happened last year as well but my matte black 7+ came a week and a half late despite ordering before 3am.

Omg it seems like launch day is the ONLY day that UPS comes at 8 at night

That's why I have my phones shipped to work. We get UPS deliveries daily and since we are a business address, our deliveries I guess are priority because I've never had UPS come after 1 before. Normally they are there between 10-12 (We open at 10 so our delivery guy skips us until we open). He's super cool. Been our delivery guy for 3 years now. I'm gonna make a comment about having a full truck for iPhone release day deliveries and see what he says lol

Ok so looks like I'm not getting my phone tom. Lol.
Why take pre orders then???
I'm annoyed.
