When I log in I get the iPhone x on my upgrade screen at 22.22 or some such. I'm hoping that's accurate come launch day. Do you see the trade in discount or just the 41 price?
Where did you see this?Important caveat to that deal.
The phone you are trading in has to be owned, not one from your last lease, unless you chose the option and pay to keep it....
A conversation with a contact I have in the Sprint Operations Management Customer Advocacy teamWhere did you see this?
Well damn. I was looking forward to that $350 discount when I swap out my 7 Plus on their iPhone Forever promo.A conversation with a contact I have in the Sprint Operations Management Customer Advocacy team
You can double check going through the normal CSR chain, but I trust my source.Well damn. I was looking forward to that $350 discount when I swap out my 7 Plus on their iPhone Forever promo.
Happens to me.. ._. I think the Sprint site is having issues because I have problems pretending to buy the iPhone 8. And you know, the Apple Store App pulls data from Sprint’s site so...Does this happen to anybody?

Interesting that doesn’t say anything about having to add a new line, which is what I was just told

Gonna chat again tomorrow and see if there are any other options....
Can always but a couple working used Sprint iPhone 6’s to qualify.
Actually I just talk to Sprint rep who told me that 350 promo only applies to customers who are adding a
New line.. so doesn’t apply to us just wanting to upgrade. Oh well

[doublepost=1508989833][/doublepost]Am I the only one bugged by the fact the iPhone forever plan is almost worthless this year if we want the X? By the time the phones arrive, the balance on my lease is going to be next to nothing —and Sprint wants $195 (plus a payment or two) to keep my 7+ or yeah I’ll get a couple hundred dollar trade in. Isn’t a mint 7+ going to still be worth something? So frustrating.
After a follow up, my contact started back peddling on his assertion that it has to be an owned device, which seems to bear out on a test for the 8+.
Signed into my account if I select the flexpay option with trade in, it’s a substantially reduced monthly to like 13ish...
The 1st level CSR’s are notoriously misinformed, I’ve not seen that exclusion in any of my research or any documentation....
iPhone forever is the plan, flexpay is the lease, and how you MAY get the substantial discount on the monthly if all the i’s are dotted & t’s crossed.
I’ll have some more info early tomorrow and will share that may help....
