Carrier Sprint iPhone X/8/7s Pre-Order and Dispatch Thread

I received a confirmation email, order number, ship date AND they charged my card. But they called me last night due to an issue with my order. After speaking with the Exec Team and Order Escalations, they are saying that an issue with their system has caused an error. My order will basically stay in pending status forever and I’m forced to do a completely new order
 
My 64gb space grey shipped has a tracking # too bad that’s my husband phone and I want silver 64gb still hoping it comes on launch day

Actually just checked order status have tracking # for silver 2 :D:D:D

Wow I hope that doesn't happen with mine..wait if they charged the card and the order is stuck pending did they cancel the order and refund you...my initial order was canceled due to some verification reasons the charge was immediately refunded..had to reorder and by then I was out side the 11/3 ship window.

They said it will take up to 48 business hours to refund, and in the meantime I have to repay. Brought up the situation on Twitter and they blocked me ‍♀️
 
I just checked my UPS app and it confirms delivery set by end of day 11/3.. even though the label/tracking has been generated and ups says 2 day shipping, expected 10/30. They have to wait until the 3rd. If you are in US get my ups app and you see a lot and get notified.

How do you check this on the app? I gave them my address but it's not showing any deliverys. My order is still at pending shipment status
 
I ordered at 4:07 CST 10/27 their website says orders at 5:00 CST 10/27 will be shipped 11/14.

Received an email updating me that my order is still pending and that if you ordered one of these models that shipping will be 11/14.

Received email with tracking notice for the Giveback Kit. Do you think my iPhone is coming 11/3 or is Sprint going to troll me with the giveback kit?

Silver 64gb ordered 10-27 612 pm cst just received tracking email with shipping number..can't track it yet will check it in a few hrs.

Once UPS has a ups tracking number you will see it. Sprint will email you one as soon as they get your phone matched up to your order. But even if sprint doesn’t email you, with the my ups app anytime any label is printed coming to your address you will see it
 
Orders at at about 5 am eastern time 10/27. Had to call in around 9am to update as there was “suspicious activity”. Space Grey 64gb. Hope to get that shipping email soon!

I'm willing to bet it shows up at your door 10/30 I remember a few years back some iPhones at launch getting to customers doors a couple days early...that said you might not be able to activate the device till the 3rd if u get it earlier.

I have tracking numbers and they say the label was generated. It hasn't transitioned to the UPS system, so no delivery date. One order with 2 phones is being shipped as two separate packages.

I completed my order 10/27 at 3:08 am CT for the Silver 256 GB iPhone X and after speaking with support they told me that it would ship after 11/3. Today I checked the status and it was updated to shipped. I’m going to assume support has no idea what is going on with our orders. I’m hopeful that everyone else that completed an order around the same time will be getting updating statuses very soon! :)

Ordered from Sprint about an hour and a half after launch (due to numerous errors with Apple app and site). Just got UPS tracking. Ordered 256gb SG
