That would be awesome but you’d loose that bet, I bet, because the ups app tracking clearly says estimated delivery by end of day 11/3.... I’d love to get it early though!!

Yes Kentucky here too, that’s the sprint warehouse.
And I wasn’t thrilled when Apple people got the head start of getting their preorder details setup, then sat for TWO hours with crashed sprint site before my order went through so I’m just thrilled sprint was sitting on a nice initial shipment. :)

256GB Space Grey just shipped for me. I ordered it around 3:55am PST the day of. Good luck everyone!
 
Just talked to Sprint representative and they confirmed that mine will ship my 11/3. I ordered mine at 3:50 AM central time on the 27th. Status of my order still says pending so for those of you with the status of pending don't give up yet! :)

My contact called about 45 minutes later, and we were both seeing through every metric available to us that the order was OK. While on the phone with him, the mrs said she got a voicemail from Sprint (around the same time I was talking to telesales/1st lvl CSR's-prolly right after they hung up on me) saying “Your order had canceled itself, please call when you are available to re-enter order”,

Thankfully, since I was on the phone w/Sprint Executive we double checked and all good everywhere in his and my online systems.

He even called back 2 hours later and saw that all was well still…


He’s reaching out to the Sprint CARE team for further verification

Update
My contact @ Sprint Executive called back yesterday afternoon. He conferenced in a member of the order support escalation team, as they had concluded there was some potential problems with my order I managed to put in 37 minutes into presell, so it was decided to scrap my original order and start over. Order support was still showing 11/3 ship date, so a few minutes later, after submitting serial and IMEI numbers for both trade ins to qualify for the $350 off / 22 a month lease, and completing my e-sign, we’re golden.
E-sign filled out around 4:20 Central Standard Time which immediately moved it from pending to processing.

I wonder how many cancelled orders were from folks that chose the 350 off/22 monthly Flexpay trade in option, but did not get asked for or submit device serial/IMEI info or to complete the e-sign doc....

Looks like I’m under the 5PM CST 11/3 launch delivery cutoff by 40 minutes.

My giveback/return kit did pop up as shipped today, so that’s encouraging.

Glad to hear you got that worked out! I never could get an order in to trade my phone back so I gave up and just paid full price.. oh well my near mint 7+ is worth at least what I had to pay to pay it off.

My order status via Sprint shows that the RMA kit shipped, just not the phones. My two 64gb Silver X’s are still pending; I ordered at 6:30am on 10/27. Delivery date of 11/3 is still showing. I signed up for myUPS, but I don’t know how to track via the app without a tracking number?!?

The my ups will just work.. if you have a tracking number great, but even packages you don’t have tracking on will magically show up. Seems I have something coming on Wednesday that I didn’t know was shipping yet, from amazon or eBay, I forget.
 
I got a UPS tracking number assigned for 64GB Space Gray after my original 256GB Space Gray was cancelled when Sprint’s site crashed.

Shipping to Chicago, IL.

Oh well, not going to complain, looks like I’ll have a launch day iPhone X after all!

Still waiting for a tracking number. 64 Space Grey. Order at 5am. Had to cancel it and reorder at 9:30am EST. I figure today I’ll get my tracking.
 
Anyone with Pending... download Ups App & sign up for MyChoice - Youll get tracking even if sprint didnt update it yet
 
If your order looks like this, call Sprint. If you ordered early on 10/27, it likely means there is a technical error preventing your order from processing. You will probably have to re-order.

Wrong mines still says Pending & i got MYCHOICE tracking today still site says pending just give it time
