My order shipped! 256GB Silver. Ordered 4:20am ET. I’m bummed though, the $350 off offer did not show for me when I ordered. My only choices were the regular Flexpay, 24 months, or full price. Since I am trading in my 7+ per iPhone Forever I wonder if I can still get that deal?
Like others, I had tons of problems with Sprints website.... (I tried ordering straight from Apple, but when I went to verify myself, Apple returned saying y account wasn't compatible with sprint- Argh sprint). After 2.5 hours of trying to order, at this point primarily out of principle for trying to get the thing to work, the order processed at 5:30am EST.

The extra $100 Best Buy is charging is only for iPhones sold at full price. The pricing is no different if it's financed or leased. I bought my 8 Plus 256GB at Best Buy on Flex Lease, and my total payments equal $949, the same price Apple and Sprint charge at full price. At Best Buy (bought on release day), I didn't need any money out of pocket for the 256GB model.
My status just changed to “shipped”. I was able to place my order at about 6:15, but my order confirmation didn’t get emailed till 9:45am. I am surprised it looks like I am still getting a launch phone. Silver 64GB
Same for me I called them and they said I would have to cancel my order and do it over I said forget that
Same here, I’m wondering about the promo since I’m currently trading in my 7+ on iPhone forever. I received my shipping notice this morning after ordering on 10/27 around 6:30am.
I’m going to chat with Sprint today and see what the deal is with the $350 off promo.
Good, I’m glad! I wasn’t saying it would be an issue with everyone, but it was for me so I wanted to make sure people were aware. It wouldn’t hurt for those who haven’t received an update yet to reach out to them just to ensure there are no issues.
My two iPhones say shipped. It let me do a $350 traded in but not my wife’s line for some reason I decided not to gift it and decided to wait till I get the phones to try and get her issues fixed. Lol
Mine and shipped but it's still waiting for ups pickup...hoping it moves today been ready for pickup since 9 last night
Just got the shipping email with the tracking number. Still doesn't show up on UPS website, but thats normal as it takes a bit to show up in the system.

You can, speak with a sprint rep, I’ve done so, they have a list of devices that are acceptable, but they MUST be paid off. I only have 158$ on mine, so yea I’ll def be paying mine off before I trade in. (You have 30 days upon receiving the kit to do so) so yea get the kit, then give them a call.

So if we get our phones early will we be able to activate it then or have to wait til the 3rd?
My lease was complete (I still either needed to giveback or pay the 199 each to keep) for the two 7+’s that qualified for the 350 discount on my preorder.
I would not suggest anyone mess with the standing orders, 1st lvl CSR’s are likely to wind up hosing your order and put you back in line....
Wait until you have the X(s) in hand, gives you a bit more leverage.
There is a 14 day return window on new devices.
If you think you qualify, don’t use the return kit until you speak to a CSR

Well I guess to better clarify myself, yes make sure you have your new device first, as the kit should come with the phone, in order to be eligible for the 350$ off promo you’ll have to pay off your remaining lease and then after speaking with a rep they’ll cancel your line. But as he mentioned before, yes make sure you have your new device first, or you will be phoneless if you ,like myself are only with one line before attempting to do so. When receiving the kit, you have 30 days to return your old device and to make the final lease payment if you choose to do so, before you turn it in. If you had your iPhone for 12+ months now your looking at less then 200$ on your lease left
As a former Sprint employee please allow me to set the record straight. You are only eligible for the $350 off if you are trading in a phone that you OWN. If you are on the iPhone forever currently and are trading in your phone to upgrade early obviously you are NOT getting the $350 off. You don’t own the phone you are leasing, Sprint does. And once you give them the phone they sell it for market value. You can, however, pay off the remaining balance left on the phone and then trade it in since at that point you own it.
Technically speaking if you owned a iPhone 7 Plus, and you gave them it for the $350 off promo you technically just lost money though. Hope that helps.
On another note my 64gb Silver iPhone X has shipped and after my original order was canceled this one was ordered around 10am CT. Good luck everyone and congrats to those who also got their tracking info.

Agreed. I was thinking this too when I saw sprint’s promotion. You can get much more then $350 if you sell your phone private party. This is what I plan to do.
I preordered iPhone X through sprint and already received an email stating it has shipped and is expected to be delivered tomorrow October 30th... is it possible to receive it before the release date??
