Carrier Sprint iPhone X/8/7s Pre-Order and Dispatch Thread

After having my order cancelled by Apple.com which was placed at 2:03am CT - I ordered through Sprint.com and my order went through at 3:47p. My credit card has been charged and paid for - my order still says pending shipment. The cutoff says any order placed before 5:00p will have it shipped on/before 11/3 - I am starting to doubt that cutoff line as I haven't seen a tracking number yet :(

Good point. I’ll stay off the chat. Ended up with more questions than answers, lol. Even told the CS rep that some people have already gotten tracking numbers, but she maintained the devices would be shipped 11/3. You would think Sprint would keep its employees current on info.

It happens every year.
 
Ordered my X at 2am 10/28 through Sprint and the order went through. Got a confirmation and shipping status Saturday with UPS tracking but its been stuck at "Label has been printed" status since then.

On a side note, the delivery estimate on the sprint email said estimated delivery was 10/30! lol.

They will usually credit it on your next bill.

Any time I've had a waived upgrade, the credit was on the same bill as the charge.

I'm assuming some people see movement within the next couple days depending on the delivery location..I live in Chicago and they could very well ship from Kentucky Thursday and my phone would still be here Friday..just a matter of where they're going...on a side note if you got the order confirmation or tracking email from Sprint...one of these emails has the serial #of the phone they're sending u in it...so I think it's safe to say anyone that had their order precessed and charged will have a phone Friday..least I hope.

If you log in to you MySprint account - & Click activate/swap devices youll be able to see your new iPhone X Imei # so its going to be there everyone have patience

Good question - Lol i was checking sprint site day1 of them showing off the X on their Site & then they started showing down payment prices mines was at 275$ On the 64Gb & 350$ on the 256Gb so then Preorder day comes 3am-5am i go to do my order & It shows 0$ Down on 64gb & then 150$ on 256$..... i was being cheap & took the 0$ down & was happy at that because i thought i was spending 275$ plus shipping... i paid 10.66$ & at that i was happy... Been with sprint since 6S Plus 3Years going on lol
 
Which model? Trying to see why sprint said f me! Lol 11:01am they report but that I’d get it Nov3rd on my bday, but I’m ok if not. 256 X space gray?
