Definitely going to purchase AppleCare+. Without AppleCare plus, just to replace the screen it’s $279. With AppleCare it comes to $228 I believe. $500+ without Apple care to replace the phone. Just saw an article on this today

So the phones you traded in were on lease because I want that 350 credit lol. I will wait till Friday to argue though once my X is in hand

At what point do I start to worry (more) that I won’t be getting my device on launch day?
If I haven’t received tracking by Tuesday?
Really? That’s odd. Same story as you but Best Buy charged my credit card immediately.Ordered my Sprint iPhone X via Best Buy at 12:30 AM on 10/27. Order still shows as pre-ordered with a delivery date of 11/3, but no tracking details and my card hasn't been charged yet. What are the odds I actually get this Friday?

Sprint charged my card immediately as an authorization but it has since fallen off.. Most likely when the phone actually ships it will be a real charge.Really? That’s odd. Same story as you but Best Buy charged my credit card immediately.
Pretty much. When did you order it?
I preordered the iPhone X 64GB in Space Gray on launch day at 8:00PM ET, however, this was due to issues with Sprints trade-in process for the $350 credit. For some reason, even though any paid off phone (that is eligible), is available for trade in, like the iPhone 6, Sprint continued stating that they believed the phone wasn’t valid. I contacted Sprints support via the phone and on live chat throughout the day on the 27th, starting early in the morning around 8AM, and after nearly 12 hours of attempting to get the iPhone X, they finally were able to pre-order the phone at 8PM ET. The customer support representative told me that the phone would be delivered on launch day and that they would expedite the shipping process due to the issues I experienced. I believed them. I haven’t received any updates yet. On the MyOrder page, all it says is that the order is pending. So, today I call Sprints Order Support number and the representative on the phone told me that while I was already charged $10.89 for the shipping when I pre-ordered the phone and was promised that I would receive the phone on launch day, 11/3, I wouldn’t be getting the phone until the 14th. This is unbelievable, I wish Sprint knew what they were doing. Any one else having this issue?
I didn’t have this exact issue, but I was one of the unlucky ones who preordered, received confirmation and had money withdrawn, only to be told that the order didn’t actually process due to a system error on Sprint’s end. Despite my efforts, they claimed they were unable to expedite my new order, and now I’m stuck with the 11/14 date as well. That’s awesome, I wish I could say the same for me lol. At least I am getting mine on the 14th rather than in December like those who pre-ordered from Apple.I think there were a few people with issues regarding the trade in process..damn I feel like i got lucky with my preorder, I ordered one at 3p CST but the order got cancelled around 6p CST... Promptly submitted another order around 615p CST...of course at this point I fully expected I wouldnt be gettin one on launch day, as the new order was past the 5p CST cutoff...but to my surprise the next day my order was processed and was issued shipping, even though i fully expected that mine wouldnt ship till the 14th

Oh I AM! They’re telling me 7-10 business days for the refund AND they made me re-pay for the new order. Then, when I brought up the situation on Twitter, both SprintCare and Marcelo Claure blocked me. Been a loyal Sprint customer for 10 years, never had a late payment. Plan on paying T-Mobile a visit tonight after workI dont get how money is taken out and the order doesnt complete...then takes them days to refund the amount..I'd be beside myself fuming if that happened to me.
I heard a lot about that issue with Sprint’s system not updating the order, especially on Twitter. Gee, I would be so frustrated if they took all the money out and it didn’t go through. I am just thinking of it this way, at least its coming on the 14th, I feel horrible for those who ordered from Apple or on Verizon, they have to wait until December for theirs. I just wish Sprint was honest and told me upfront that the phone wouldn’t be coming until the 14th. They didn’t have to lie and tell me that it would be coming on the 3rd.I didn’t have this exact issue, but I was one of the unlucky ones who preordered, received confirmation and had money withdrawn, only to be told that the order didn’t actually process due to a system error on Sprint’s end. I don’t get what the problem is with Sprint recently. Their pre-order system is horrible, their customer support doesn’t know what they are doing, and the coverage isn’t the best. T-Mobile has improved a lot over the years, and I believe its cheaper.Oh I AM! They’re telling me 7-10 business days for the refund AND they made me re-pay for the new order. T-Mobile is offering a promotion right now where they will pay off your current device and then let you keep it Can’t believe how fast the company has grown under John Legere’s leadershipI heard a lot about that issue with Sprint’s system not updating the order, especially on Twitter. Just read an article that SoftBank is nixing the merger It would have been great for Sprintwell Tmo and Sprint might be merging within the next year if the antitrust concerns can be addressed.
Huh, wouldn’t that be awesome if we all could start a lease with Sprint for the iPhone X, and move to T-Mobile where they would pay off the phone. If you could, I probably would look at switching lol.T-Mobile is offering a promotion right now where they will pay off your current device and then let you keep it Can’t believe how fast the company has grown under John Legere’s leadership

I just read up on it, and it looks like the deal is off, due to concerns of who would maintain the majority of control over Sprint.Damn that sucks if true.
