Did anyone else receive a text saying their return kit was shipped before they received the tracking number for their devices? Telesales told me the return kit would ship with the phones, but I’m still not seeing any shipping updates on MyChoice or the Sprint Order Page for the phones themselves
Yea I got both for $0 down too..but are they letting you do that at no charge?
My girlfriends iphone X is still sitting in Kentucky.................guess it will ship tomorrow.
Was starting to get a bit concermed about my 2nd order placed at 4:20 PM CST last Thursday to correct my original hanging preorder that was made 38 minutes into presell.
I did get shipment movement within 12 hours of the second order, but it was just for the return kit.
Got tracking for my two Silver 64GB X’s around noon today, scheduled to arrive Friday.
Will be the first time since camping for the 5 that the Mrs and I both have new devices on launch day.....

When you guys log in to UPS My Choice and check your tracking, does it list your full address? Mine just has the city and state for some reason? I'm assuming/hoping it will update once it truly ships as opposed to just being "processed waiting for pickup.'
Having switched to sprint since as a VZ employee I won’t be able to buy on my corporate plan til January.....have a question.

Order placed @ 155 pm CST. Got shipping notification in the very early am last night. 256 Silver UPS to the northeast. Shipping label created - 2nd day air. So excited!! Used my 6+ for 3 years...it went wonky so I got the Galaxy S8 in Sept. Giving that to my fiance. Can't wait to get back to iPhone! C'mon Friday!
not yet, probably today and tonight for those getting on 11/3. watching religiously.
probably not, last year things got pushed back, not up. you might see something mid week, but i wouldn't bet my last dollar on it.

Anyone have any experience with unlocking the SIM card out the gate? Or does it take a while to have those cards or services work?

No movement yet, but I def have a phone as if you go to Sprint, and try to activate a new phone, it gives the iPhone X with along with the IMEI of the new device. Cool.
At least you have a tracking number
Perk up, one year my phone didn’t get a tracking number til the day it shipped and it arrived while still showing “ready for UPS” for tracking. You never know.
I don't know why Sprint would publish an order cutoff time if they couldn't adhere to it. I ordered an hour and 15 minutes before the 5:00 CST cutoff time and I am holding onto hope it gets here Friday - but as every hour passes and I don't have a tracking number yet I lose some of that hope haha.
If in fact they wait until tomorrow, some would not get them by Friday. I did a "shipping estimate" on the UPS site and if they shipped 2nd Day Air from KY to OK, I wouldn't get my phone until Saturday or Monday. Hope this isn't the case!
