Under the lease agreement, it does show the $19.45/month credit, so does this mean that as long as I trade in my phone I’ll get that credit, or do I have to trade in the phone by the 16th to get it?

Oh gotcha. I just tried upgrading through the site and nothing, i guess ill have to call in the morning to see if they will let me.

Think Sprint’s deductible is high (250ish), plus the monthly.
199 for AppleCare+, a 29 deductible for broken screen and a 59 dollar for device replacement, IIRC
Added feature with AppleCare+ is warranty and support gets extended to 2 years.

Yeah but Sprint's covers water damage, loss, and theft. AppleCare+ doesn't as far as I know.

Hey everyone so I had something weird happen...my husband and I both upgraded our lines from 6s+ to the 8+. I logged onto my sprint account tonight and it gave me the option to upgrade to the X and return our 8+’s??? It let me complete the order and everything. I am very confused. Has anyone heard anything about this?

That is crazy because I SWEAR I’m not lying.... called twice just to verify because y’all made me 2nd guess lol but no they assured me I was eligible, just have to return mine, wait for them to pass it as in good condition, then I’m good to go.... it’ll reflect on my account.

You are correct, no theft or loss coverage with AppleCare+

I assure you, keep at it until you speak to somebody that knows what the offer requirements are.
My two 7+’s are leased, (one only 10 months into that lease, jet black deliverd last December) and NOT paid off.
I’ve got the 350 off/22 monthly deal for both lines, two Silver 64GB X’s

EDIT: Nevermind it finally updated to say it’s here :) (literally 2 minutes after I posted this. Ya ever feel like somebody’s watching yoooooouu? Lol).

I know I mentioned we should all trust the process, but I haven’t gotten an origin scan after my phone departed Louisville o_O I’m still hopeful Oklahoma has it, but didn’t scan for some reason.

I’m also going to try calling about the $350 deal, but I’m not sure I was on iPhone forever as it never said that on my bill, but we were leasing and I’m fairly certain we had 12 months of the 7+ this month.

Mine arrived at local hub for delivery today. I'm heading to Verizon to switch this morning, so I'll be sending back my X with Sprint since I have 2 reserved for pickup at Verizon.

Not sure if they changed this since they originally posted the deal but the fine print on the $350 deal says:

"Current customers must own trade in device."

I'll give it a shot calling at some point today, but this is something I can see sprint giving everyone a hard time on in 2 months. In my past experience with them their CSR will say anything just to get you off the phone and to leave them with positive feedback only to see your bill a few weeks later and see the appropriate credits that you spent hours on the phone making sure were applied to your account nowhere to be found.
 
I also have the option to upgrade to the X even though I just got the 8+. I contacted them and they told me that I wouldn’t have to pay a fee. Currently sitting outside the sprint store so we’ll see

still not out for delivery, but had the destination scan. normally it would have been out by now based off previous ups deliveries. a little nervous. ups app doesn't have anything scheduled for delievery, but when i go to tracking it say end of day 11/3.

I’m getting the same thing. My phone is like 15 min from my home from what I looked up online the ups trucks don’t head out until 9am

I was just at mine last night they had nothing I may have to go further out my location seems to be on its death bed lately
I feel you. I guess I lucked up my local Target didn’t have allot to choose from

SG still hasnt gone out for delivery l.... Usually updated around 9ish giving it a little more time

I did the same thing, upgraded my 7+ to the 8+. Got it on its respective launch day and am now upgrading my 8+ to the X. They are letting me upgrade and don’t have to pay any penalty fees or anything. Pretty nice deal

Yeah I was very confused and thought it was a glitch. But I got my
Confirmation email and everything.
