they were out of stock online last night while i was in staples lastnight and scored one. try your local staples in person.
Yeah it is only when you check out that it shows out of stock. The closest staples to me in 40 miles away. I live in a college town with only one best buy :/

Think I'm going to price match it at Walmart. They have price match layaway and if I don't hear any news about a new iPad next month I'll just pay it off
I already asked this but no body replied, how can you tell when your iPad was made?
I think you can plug your serial number in somewhere to get a detailed overview of when it was manufactured, etc.

Ok, so I found a space gray 64GB WiFi at Target. They priced matched it and I saved 10% additionally because of the cartwheel Target app (thanks earlier in thread for posting!). It ended up costing me $433. Is this a good deal. The main reason I got it was because I just got a new AmEx card and I get $150 back after spending $500 in first 3 months so I figured it would only cost me about $283 after all is said and done. Then I'll sell my iPad 2 to offset some of the cost. Not sure if I should keep it or not. Was thinking about getting 16GB to save the $80 but isn't 6x the storage worth the $80 extra?
I got mine during the $100 off last week. Then when the $150 off hit this week I took it back for an adjustment. When I got home and looked at the receipt I saw they gave me $150 back instead of $50. So I got my 64 GB wifi for $349 and 10% cash back from using Apple Pay Discover.
Oh wow, I didn't think they would have Nov 2014 models on their shelf or inventory at Staples, is this good or bad, didn't people on this forum back in Nov or Dec say the iPad Air 2 had screen issues during the first ones made and returned them or am I thinking it was the first iPad Air one? I should be getting mine tomorrow, I'm curious when my production week will be.
This might also be a good indication that Staples is reducing the price due to having too many in inventory, the idea that Apple may be releasing an iPad Air 3 right around the corner may be false. We may be assuming too much just because they are reducing the price it's probably to get rid of their inventory.
Can other please also post their production week who bought from Staples.
Anyone know Target return policy. I called the 1-800 number and they said I can return within 30 days of it being opened. I googled it and some people are saying that they refused because it was open. Is there still a 15% restocking fee? Anyone have a recent experience?
just got one at my local best buy. They price matched the staples deal, the guy was very surprised that they're selling them for that low. None of my local staples stores had them in stock, even though the website showed that they did. Besides, chances are Best Buy has a newer one, as opposed to staples
