That's awesome! If you want it off, you can use rubbing alcohol. You'll have to do it three or four times.. I would leave it though.

I should rephrase. What we classify as graffiti; e.g. the usual use; is an insult to civilization. The kind that you see on railroad boxcars and on the sides of buildings that is not presented in a useful manner is degrading.

The usual and most commonly seen use of graffiti is to deface public and private property. It degrades the value of the land as well as the item that the graffiti has been placed on. It is an eyesore and ruins the clean and 'professional' (for lack of a better word) look of things.

I have seen some cool graffiti that are nearly what you could call murals.

On a related note, laser etching electronics (MBP included) is sweet.

The man is smart; otherwise he would not be a CEO. Just because you (and I as well) dislike Microsoft does not mean that he is an idiot.

He has anger issues, yes; but that also does not make him an idiot.

I know another smart CEO named steve who has anger problems too!

If someone is willing to pay $1 million for a signed Sarah Palin Xbox, then this should be worth something. At least this signiture came from someone with intelligence.

If Apple read this forum, I would imagine you will get a pretty good offer off them, pretty soon;)

Regards

John.

This is pretty epic, I'm not going to lie.

I'd let him sign my PowerBook, but not my Mac Pro ;)

There's really no market, or desire to collect Ballmer autographs even if its on an apple product. Heck, if you like it, that's all that matters but don't think its a collector's piece because the man is a buffoon.

TBH, I think Ballmer has got better things to worry about than how many Apple products he can deface. What you think of the man is irrelevant - it was a nice gesture to accept the OP's invitation to sign his MBP.

Banksy would disagree...

Banksy is an insult.

If I saw that bald **** in public, I very much doubt I could refrain from punching him, let alone let him anywhere near my computer but now that you have let him vandalise you MacBook, I suggest you mimick his scrawl and add this above...

If this is true, then you have issues. You would respond to seeing a famous CEO by punching him?

OP, I think this is great. I'm not Ballmer's biggest fan, though the products his company are producing are gradually getting better. I still think he is very intelligent and this, to me, shows a new dimension to his personality. I would be well chuffed!

I point you in the direction of youtube and then come back and edit your post.

Lol but in all seriousness its pretty cool, i like ballmer even though allot of you guys dont.. I think hes different.. not boring.. hes whacky and crazy but hes funny and doesnt seem harmful.

He reminds me of Tommy Boy (if any of you have seen that film) lol

Banksy is a genius.

No, that was Einstein.

Well he's clearly different. Obviously personal preference like all other art, but I think the guy's interesting for sure.

But this is still off topic.

Ballmer's a very eccentric chap, and I assume he has a good level of intelligence to get to the position he's in. Most of the people in this thread have heard of him, even if it is due partly to his crazy antics, which I'd guess would boost the resale value of the laptop.

Well now it means even more.

The guy is crazy! Has anyone seen the vid where he skips about shouting "DEVELOPERS, DEVELOPERS, DEVELOPERS!".

Cool thing to get. Maybe even valuble?

He does anything for attention.

That's just a way to funnel money to Sarah Palin, bypassing the laws on maximum $ per political donation.
