With a campus like that, why not have plant "mini tours" (where mini tour means a tour with zero chance of showing any new technology) attracting tourists to "come and see"... then the "Apple Store" would simply be the one on site at the new campus.
Of course, allowing a bunch of non-Apple people into their building is a major security risk and decidedly non-Apple (more like a Hershey thing to do) and would thus probably never happen. Also, it would likely frequently be a huge distraction to Jobs and the other Apple employees and thus a bad idea... oh well, I guess I just shot down my own idea
