BREAKING NEWS: Mavericks was released today so there is still a chance of iOS 7 Beta 4 being released later today. #iOS7Beta4 #iOS7 #Apple

hahahhahahaha, nothing but pure speculation.
 
I'm guessing iOS beta relies more heavily on the dev center than Mavericks plus Mav is distributed they the Mac App Store. So most likely no iOS 7 beta 4 at least until dev center is back up.

Mavericks is distributed the same way as iOS 7. Initial download comes from the Dev Center. After that, updates can be downloaded from the Dev Center or updated, both through Software Updates.

Either iOS 7 beta 4 just wasn't ready for release today or it's a little trickier getting it pushed. Who really knows
 
Beta 4 will probably launch next Monday. Beta 4 expires a month from next Monday which is the pattern we've seen with each of the betas so far.

It sucks, but beta 4 probably wasn't supposed to come out today. Although I'm not sure why they wouldn't want to stick to the two week release schedule like they've done with Mavericks (and iOS 7 with betas 2 and 3).

That's my feeling as well. Maybe they're spreading out the betas like they did in the past.

I think Mavericks is on a different schedule and will probably be released at a different date? Beats the heck out of me. There is way too much speculation here, and nobody really has a good explanation for why there was no iOS beta today.
 
It seems that the best established "pattern" so far is that of more and more threads speculating about the same thing with every beta release. :apple:

First that Twitter account said it can be expected tomorrow, then half an hour later that there's a chance it could be out today...sounds like there's less information contained there than in threads like this one, which doesn't really contain any actually useful information.

It's starting to sound like someone posting here (or some other similar threads/forums) suddenly made that account and now posting those "updates". Kind of like going from silly to absurd.

Seriously tho, I think we need to stop with the speculating. Until somebody gets a tip from a carrier source or people like Mark Gurman get a scoop none of us will be able to figure this out.
