Have a back shield protector and plan to leave it on. My iPad will leave this case at times and protecting the back of the iPad is essential during these periods.
I re-ordered from ebags yesterday and got shipping notice this morning.
at $29 and some change with my credits it was well worth it. They only have green but that's okay, I can live with it.
My case will be delivered on Friday.

Just placed an order for a black Skinny at eBags. It's $40 but there's a 20% off coupon (EM12HRM4, expires at 11 pm PST tonight), that brought it down to $32. I couldn't pass that up. It'll supposedly ship this Friday and arrive on Monday.
Just got mine today, so far everything is just fine with the PhantomSkinz on the back, it fits perfectly.
I'm not sure that I like the little flap you use to stand it up though, I like that I can just close the smart cover and the magnet holds it shut, no tucking flaps in.
Just called Radtech and they said the next shipment comes in on the 20th. Guess I'll have to get a temporary case
I did notice that the ETA on their site is now the 20th. I placed my order about a week ago when the ETA was the 12th. I wonder if those earlier orders will be shipped as stated or does this mean that all orders are now moved to the 20th.
I agree the flap is a bit annoying, but without it, it cannot stand up. So I guess if you don't intend to ever use it as a stand, you could get away with cutting the flap off.
I'll have to use it for a while before I do that, maybe I'll get used to it. I like to use my case as a stand, I liked how the smart cover folded up to make a stand. I am liking this case though, I really like the material its made of.
Good review on iLounge. They give it a B+ which is one of the higher ratings for an iPad case as you're going to see. The only knock was the exposed top and bottom edges.

This may be a silly question...but I can't tell how thick the case is. Is this case with the iPad 2 thinner (or at least not bigger) than the original iPad in the Apple case?
It is thinner I would say, I don'y have my original one to compare anymore. It certainly still feels very thin:
And their only knock is what I really liked about the design. With the bottom exposed like that, one can dock the iPad on dock chargers and the such with the case actually on the device. With the top exposed any type/style/size of headphone plug can be used.
I hope, but mine didn't ship yesterday, so I guess we'll be first in line for the 20th shipments.

I went ahead and cancelled Radtech's order and ordered from ebags.com. They have 4/15 as the ship date and it was a tiny bit cheaper. I hope I didn't screw myself by doing that :lol:
I ordered mine on the 4th...just got the Shipping Email so I think yours will ship way before the 20th....is it shipping from CA or MO? I'm in Midwest so MO would be much closer !
I received mine in the first batch and was told that they shipped directly from California, rather than via MO. Was told it was faster than waiting for the shipment to go from CA to MO then out.
