It says you can open the package and examine the product.

Providing you restore it back to new after use nobody will know if you've used it or not if you decide to take it back.

It can't be that hard to keep it pristine for 14 days.

Andy 91 is correct. No returns to Currys once you turn the thing on (unless it is faulty). Apple have a no quibble return policy. That's worth a lot.

I hear what you say but it's impossible to tell if you have turned the machine on or not.

For what it's worth I don't like Currys but it's that or wait 3 weeks!

All models in stock at John Lewis online, free 2 year guarantee, available for delivery tomorrow with collect at store (John Lewis or Waitrose).

That's not what you agreed to when you bought it. Clearly our moral compasses are far from aligned. Each to their own.

Wish I could make a decision on Silver vs. SG. I'd probably go for John Lewis at Oxford St. tomorrow!

Looks like for some, ordering at the crack of dawn on the 10th April (4 weeks ago tomorrow) was slower than waiting to pick one up in store or order from retailers like Currys and John Lewis.

Another epic FAIL Apple!

Agree.

Currys order cancelled and ordered from John Lewis.

Ha. Doing exactly the same. Extra year guarantee and pick up from waitrose tomorrow. Much closer to home. :)

John Lewis part done. Currys are my first phone call at 8am tomorrow

When did you order? I did 10 mins ago and got a sat collection.

I hate shopping with Currys so I'm happy.

Just returned from Curry's with my new toy. :D

Apple order cancelled.

Curry's 12 months interest free pay what you like over the 12 months to pay it off.
Brilliant for me - much better than Apple. Just like a credit card purchase (without the benefits!)

Went for silver.

Now to get it out the box and check it out!! :D

I think that the cut off point with John Lewis next day store pick up is 7:00pm. That would explain why you are having to wait until Saturday.

It's 8pm for John Lewis next day store collections.

Was it easy to cancel Currys order. I need to do same thing as collecting from John Lewis tomorrow. Happier to shop with John Lewis, plus I had a gift card.

I have to call Currys tomorrow too.

Apple order cancelled..
John Lewis order placed for collection Saturday..

WHAT ON EARTH has gone wrong with Apple orders for this thing.. How can you get hold of these things from other retailers world wide - (JL / Best Buys etc) before Apple... ??!?!

Guys this thing is amazing!!

Those of you getting one tomorrow need to get very excited (if you're not already!)

I am already massively in love with it.

The difference compared to my 5 year old MBA 11" is just incredible.

The silver looks amazing, the screen is completely gorgeous and there is so much more area of screen (or it seems it) compared to my Air.

I'm gonna take some pics now (just coz) and compare it to my Air even though the lighting is rubbish and it'll only be pics off my phone.

Best decision I've made to cancel the joke order from Apple and buy from Currys tonight.

This thing is special!! :D:D

I know it's no fun waiting for things but to be fair, the stores probably ordered in bulk long before the 10th April.
