The successful UPS tracking... I think we're being trolled.

I promise im not trolling anyone. I was surprised when I got a different result myself. Last night it was coming up in red lettering that it could not be found then this morning I tried again and it worked. I really don't know what it all means but its progress I guess.

ok I just did the mail innovations and it popped up


then I tried to set email notifications ...

and now the package doesn't show up!!!

why me! lol


now it shows up with my phone number (maybe cause I entered phone number when I tried setting email notifications)
 
If some are truly finding their orders on UPS under Mail Innovations, then it's possible that they are starting to ship out orders that have the cheapest shipping. If you don't know, Mail Innovations is a partnership between UPS and the post office. UPS starts the shipment and then hands it off to the the post office. It could be that these are being entered into the system but not actually shipped yet.

If you chose faster shipping, then you are wasting your time trying to find it under Mail Innovations
What should we do then?

I was one who was on hold for an hour the morning (3am) of preorder day and talked to the business team or customer care, whoever. It was ordered via Overnight, but I'm going to talk to CC once it arrives to see if they can waive that fee since I dealt with a whole bucket o'worms regarding this order.

Could be legit, since he ordered in store, they need to get inventory to the stores BEFORE the 19th. Would make sense as to why he can track on UPS.

I ordered online through JUMP! and I was able to pull it up on UPS

When did you pending shipping occur, JUMP? and what model did you order

Jump, 6+ 64gb Silver never got a pending shipping, my status is still pending and still backordered

I ordered 11:00 am Friday

Sorry had issues with screenshot

Here is my results! I went to ups then hit track by reference, then mail innovations, shipment reference is where I added my T-Mobile order status, I then MANUALLY changed the date to 09/17/2014-09/19/2014, and for zip code I added the entire 9 numbers so example 12345-678 not just the first 5 for my zip. For me it did find a package so I imagine there is movement going on but I do not have a official tracking number or scheduled/estimated delivery date.

I paid for next day delivery and mine showed up
 
Ok so, not to be rude, but I FINALLY GOT AM AMERICAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(don't act like you don't understand my struggle)

Apparently they are in the process of CANCELLING every Jump! order placed from Friday though Sunday at midnight.

After that, they're re-processing them to place them into the first queued tier of deliveries.

Why did I have to call 4 separate times, over the span of 4-5hrs in order to finally find this out? Why are they so compartmentalized?!

Mail innovations & the t-mobile order # worked for me as well. I ordered a 6+ 64gb space gray Saturday afternoon using Jump! and next day air.

Not sure I can believe that. Let's say there were 4,000,000 preorders over the weekend. Let's be ultra-conservative and say 10% of those were to TMO. Let's say 10% of those were JUMP! That's 40,000 orders to delete and re-enter. I can't see them doing that.
