This doesn't work for me either. Tried phone with dashes, without, order number, account number etc.

Same thing here. As I said earlier they do seem to be editing JUMP! priorities. I ordered at 12:33 Noon, Friday. I checked today and my order date is now 10:33AM. I had my cousin who ordered at 11:04AM, and her order date is now 9:04AM. They must be giving JUMP! customers 2 hour "jumps". Anyone else see this? I know one member said they seen the same thing as me.
 
Ordered on the 12th at 9:14 AM 2 hours later I got a email saying my order was processing. About 1 hour later that same day I got a email saying my order had been processed. Next morning I got the email saying it was on backorder and Haven't had any estimated ship dates. The T-Mobile rep at the local store where I placed my order text me this morning saying I should have it in hand this Friday. When I placed my order number under UPS with delivery date between today and the 19th of September it showed it had found one package. iPhone 6+ 16GB Space grey. Can upload screenshots later today.


Could be legit, since he ordered in store, they need to get inventory to the stores BEFORE the 19th. Would make sense as to why he can track on UPS.
 
first i'm told they can't find the orders.

Then i'm told there's a system bug that's preventing them from seeing the orders from jump! People.

Then i'm told there's a system wide error that's preventing them from seeing any order of the iphone 6 & 6+ and technicians are trying to fix it.

...this is all within the stuttering time span of 10min.

what!???!?

How did you select 9-19? It wont let me select any date later than today.

Did you select Mail Innovations or Package when searching?

Yes I also got this ordered at 6:30am friday and got pushed to 4:44am

Ever since I first looked at my order status late Friday, it was showing three hours earlier than I actually ordered it, 3:12pm rather than 6:12pm. At the time I was assuming it was PT for some reason so I barely blinked at it, but maybe not.

ok I just did the mail innovations and it popped up


then I tried to set email notifications ...

and now the package doesn't show up!!!

It could be just timezone adjustments.

I also ordered in store. I guess I'll give them a call.

I called the store. He said they have no way in store for tracking orders. I have to call customer care or check online.

The date format is required to be:

DD/MM/YYYY
09/17/2014 < You must put the 09 in and not just 9

If some are truly finding their orders on UPS under Mail Innovations, then it's possible that they are starting to ship out orders that have the cheapest shipping. If you don't know, Mail Innovations is a partnership between UPS and the post office. UPS starts the shipment and then hands it off to the the post office. It could be that these are being entered into the system but not actually shipped yet.

If you chose faster shipping, then you are wasting your time trying to find it under Mail Innovations

I searched for my phone number, not my reference number. Also, I put the date range out from 8/11-9/25. Just left China last night :)
