Nope. My buddy was charged $6.99 over the online store. He actually selected expedited but it didn't go through this way.

I ordered an iPhone 6 for my wife with ground shipping and wasn't charged at all.

I have to imagine all of T-Mobile is a massive beehive with reps and managers running all over the place, over each other and just general chaos.

At this point, just tell me what the deal is T-Mo. I don't care if you tell mid-October. Just actually let me know.
 
If the 6 plus is truly backed up for more than a week, hopefully t-mobile stores will have the 16 GB plus available for purchase. I called my local retail store, and they said they would have a Better idea around Wednesday-Thursday about the number and models they will have for purchase on Friday morning.

I switched from ATT as we'll..
New customer here as well. I did everything online, and I signed the EIP as soon as I got it. But we are more in the dark than current TMO customers are (how that's even possible, idk). I honestly have no expectation of receiving my phone until the 26th at least after all of this.

Its a mess. We're switching from ATT and we need to maximize our trade in phones in order to pay off the stupid final bill we are going to get from ATT, so if I don't get the phones soon enough I'm going to have to come up with a plan B for how to pay ATT off (sell on Craigslist? Idk. Was trying to avoid that.)
 
Their were so many reports about the 6 + months before the apple event saying it would take a few months for them to even ship because of manufacturing issues. That & they didn't expect the 6 + to be a hot item, so they were only gonna make a small amount.

Phil Schiller didn't sound like he didn't expect it to be a hot item. He milked the hell out of the 6+ in his presentation.

I'll be shocked if they have any of the Plus in the store, but we will see.

If that's true… Apple hasn't learned much about their customers in the last few years. (Last year especially, where they had few gold iPhones prepped for launch and ended up playing catch-up with unexpected demand. This tells me something about many of their customers liking "different" and "novel")

Again, just if that's true. If it was just some manufacturing issue with the larger size, then there's not much you can do about that. We'll see how long I'm waiting for my gold 6+ :p

If it was a manufacturing issue, why would Apple and all the carriers quote a 9/19 arrival?
 
I'm at the point where I just want it to be over already haha...

Just please give me an estimate. Dont tell me <6 weeks but other people have exact day confirmations come on.

My plan is still to go into the apple store on friday morning. (Who am I kidding. Line up I mean lol). That's my best option right now it looks like for launch.

I order the 12th and havent even had a hold on my account like most of you guys on here.

It's been my experience the phone reps don't know jack****.

You guys are TOO much. Lol I'm just repeating what I heard it's not like I came here posting saying I know for a fact, the key word being "GUESS". Like some of you need to calm down when it comes to what others post. It's never THAT serious.
 
First I'm told they can't find the orders.

Then I'm told there's a system bug that's preventing them from seeing the orders from Jump! people.

Then I'm told there's a system wide error that's preventing them from seeing any order of the iPhone 6 & 6+ and technicians are trying to fix it.

...this is all within the stuttering time span of 10min.

Ordered on the 12th at 9:14 AM 2 hours later I got a email saying my order was processing. About 1 hour later that same day I got a email saying my order had been processed. Next morning I got the email saying it was on backorder and Haven't had any estimated ship dates. The T-Mobile rep at the local store where I placed my order text me this morning saying I should have it in hand this Friday. When I placed my order number under UPS with delivery date between today and the 19th of September it showed it had found one package. iPhone 6+ 16GB Space grey. Can upload screenshots later today.
