New customer here as well. I did everything online, and I signed the EIP as soon as I got it. But we are more in the dark than current TMO customers are (how that's even possible, idk). I honestly have no expectation of receiving my phone until the 26th at least after all of this.
Its a mess. We're switching from ATT and we need to maximize our trade in phones in order to pay off the stupid final bill we are going to get from ATT, so if I don't get the phones soon enough I'm going to have to come up with a plan B for how to pay ATT off (sell on Craigslist? Idk. Was trying to avoid that.)
