Yeah, I had to talk with an account specialist because they are the only ones that can search orders that begin with a letter. I never received a copy of my EIP's for my orders and they confirm everything was fine.

T-mobile EIP order over the phone placed at 6:20AM CST on 09/19, no changes. anyone in the same timeframe?

Ordered 6/64GB/Grey over the phone 7am Central 9/12 as web site was dead so no JUMP but EIP. Just got notified of Discover charge not the $1 authorization which fell off a day or two ago. Guess something is stirring in the shipping department. I did upgraded shipping so may request a bill credit if everybody's is going out regular ground or by 747 from China ;-)

I never used this link to check the status, I had just pressed the one that pops up under "Alerts". According to this link, my 6+ is still scheduled for 9/25.

If you paid for next day you should receive that benefit.

They may NOT be doing the overnight shipping but I believe they are doing something to get the phones going out this week to as many people as possible on the 19th. Again, the whole idea of pre-ordering the phone in advance is to get the phone on launch day.

What happens when you call the robot lady (800-672-5390)? Mine was saying "Hmmm, I cant find that order" until I called and had them do whatever they had to do to push my order through. Now it says its there but backordered.

OK I know Im a newbie and there's no reason to believe me but I just called the 1800 number and the robo lady told me my order is processing and I can expect delivery on the 22nd.

Theres a Tmobile warehouse in Fort Worth, Texas. About an hour from Dallas. So you could be right. I live in Tx btw. thats why i know.
