This sucks. Can't do a JUMP! upgrade online, nor over the phone. Have to go into the store when it opens.
Of course I go back to bed then wake up too late. "due to high demand your device may not be ready to ship."
what is everyone's down payment? I have a 700 score and yet they want 350 dollars. ********.
OK scratch that kept trying and I got it! 6+ Space Grey 128gb. Got a text saying I should receive it on 9/20 which seems odd cause its a Saturday.
It says that because it's a pre-order and won't ship until 9/19, or whatever estimated ship date you were given.

What's odd about that. I get Saturday deliveries quite often, as well as Sunday.
So to be clear, no one is able to order thru TMobile via JUMP online still, right?
did anyone receive a email conformation for there preorder?
Woke up at 8AM and was able to order from the Apple website (tried on the phone first, worked as well but wanted to use Ebates so I switched to the computer).
No problems. Got the T-Mobile iPhone 6 in gold, 64GB. Delivery on the 19th.
Still waiting on the confirmation email, but my card has the amount pending and my Apple account shows my order with the same delivery date.
I'm still curious as to what others had to put as a down payment.

I was able to, but I must have been one of the first people to jump on it when the per-orders went live. I had 2 phones on hold with Customer service for 45min and I was constantly refreshing the page where you select the phone you want and the iPhone 6 popped up and I almost had a heart attack. I hung up the 2 calls and rushed through the order process. Shortly after I reported that it had gone live, people started having issues. I placed my order around 3:30am Pacific time.
The only way to get the EIP (spread out payments) is to order directly through T-Mobile.
Was it a JUMP upgrade or a regular upgrade? I was even told by Customer Service that the online system for JUMP upgrades are down and the only thing that can be done online or over the phone are new lines and standard upgrades.
It was a Jump upgrade.
Really? Are you sure? Because going through the process to Jump yields an error every time for me.
I see a step where it looks like you're jumping, but the popup says it's a non-Jump upgrade.
I can't get pass the check out...circle of doom
