You can't order via upgrade. Has to be a new line. T-Mobiles systems are sucking.

I've been getting the same error when trying to do a Jump! upgrade even before the iPhone 6 pre-orders went live:
"We are sorry, our systems are not currently available. Please, wait a few minutes and try again."
Really? Are you sure? Because going through the process to Jump yields an error every time for me.
I see a step where it looks like you're jumping, but the popup says it's a non-Jump upgrade.
Anyone that ordered on the phone and signed the EIP already, are you waiting for an order confirmation still?
I think I would know if I paid full price or not. I got the 64GB Plus and paid $99 plus tax and signed a new EIP agreement. Like I said, I was among the first if not THE first person to see the iPhone 6 come up. I was in the Jump upgrade section of the site already and refreshing over and over and the iPhone 6 popped up. I think that once everybody and his brother jump on the site, the crap hit the fan.
Just went to a T-Mobile store and they put my name and number on a list for pre-orders. People on the list were guaranteed a phone next Friday.
The manager had this sheet of paper with people's names and number. Said he would be calling everyone on Thursday to confirm (or deny) based on availability they receive...
Said I should be getting a call because I was only like 20th on the list.
YMMV... not sure if all stores are doing this (or if this is even allowed lol)
Good luck with that. T-Mobile is one of the most screwed up companies when it comes to customer service. Every rep tells you something different and none of their computer systems seem to talk to each other. I would camp out at the store and be among the first to walk in the door on 9/19 if you want a phone on launch day. I would definitely not walk into the store later in the day assuming a phone is waiting for you, besides, he probably has no idea how many phones or what models he's going to get.
They said anyone on the list must pick up the phone before noon on Friday. They're calling people on Thursday to confirm.
If your name is NOT on the list, you will NOT be getting a phone unless someone on the list doesn't show up.
I think this is their way of preventing people from camping out. (at least this store anyway)
I do hope that works out for you. I'm just going on my experience with T-Mobile in the store and on the phone. If it was me, I would be lined up early regardless. Why don't you let us know how it works out?
Got my order in. Loading circle kept spinning at checkout so I left for coffee. Came back 15 mins later and wala! What's everyone eta delivery date/what shipping method?

only thing on there to was to digitally sign on the last page right??
I don't think so. I ordered two phones over the phone 6 and 6 plus and I signed both of them but when I called to check my order, the automated system said they were cancelled since they didn't receive the EIP yet. Even though I have the confirmation saying I sent them.
So, are you're orders going to process then??
I hope so. I did check on the status online and they don't show cancelled, they show pending EIP. I will call in a few hours again to speak to actual rep who can verify my orders are being processed.

Did you get the EIP confirmation email? Or an actual order email? I only received one saying your copy of the EIP. And I checked on my account on t mobile.com. Go to phone, then on the bottom it check status and that's where it shows the pending.
Exactly. I'm worried some people who think they're Jumping are actually adding a new phone (not a new line) on an Equipment Installment Plan.
