I've been at this, with a couple hours of sleep for just under 12 hours now, on the Tmobile site. I still can't get the damn thing. Says I can jump, I get to checkout most of the time, but it never, ever goes through. Error of one kind or another. I don't know what to do. I'm so annoyed I'm thinking of just taking it as a sign and forgetting it.
 
You're at least getting the order processed under order history. I only have the EIP pending approval and my other one went from EIP pending approval to just pending.

That's what's happening to me, too. I placed the order over the phone this AM. Got the EIP via email, signed it but have received no order confirmation yet. I checked status online and it says "EIP Pending Approval". I'm trying to talk with someone now, but the wait is ridiculous. Just hope the order isn't canceled for some reason...

Call in and make the order man. That's what I did. I couldn't get it online. I'm not sure if you could the Jump over the phone though but it's worth a shot. Also t mobile stores are taking jump pre orders.

Just give it time man. I did the same except thing. I ordered over the phone. I got the pending approval message but now just barely it changed to being processed. And I got t mobile text message saying it is now being processed and I will tracking info soon.
 
So after more than 2 hours on the phone this morning I finally got an order placed at 6am PST. Signed the eip and it's still showing not signed on order check screen. I call wait another 40 mins and they say it's showing not signed try signing it again that or we can cancel the order and place it again ughh. Just going to wait it out and hope that the system is just backed up.

It will to through. Mine went through the same process. It upgraded to being processed about 4 hours later. Hopefully you can get it figured it out

I'm JUMPing too and can't get passed the confirmation screen for the IMEI validation for the old phone. The buttons just turn a shade darker and I'm stuck, gotta start over. I can get back to that point consistently but no further.

Adding another line to your account is a totally separate process. It would be hard to confuse the 2. You can't add a new phone without adding a new line. You have 2 options, upgrade an existing line or add a new one.

I'm not talking about adding another line, I'm talking about adding another device.

As I said, T-Mobile will allow you to purchase a second EIP device for use on your same line. You'll be paying off two phones on the one line. I know this because I got all the way to the checkout before realizing it.
 
Getting a little nervous here. I got my order through at apple.com at 8AM for the t-mobile (I'm a prepaid customer, so just ordered the phone, no upgrade, adding new line etc.). I got an email confirming that my order is being processed and stating that I will get an order confirmation soon. But that confirmation has not come in yet. Should I just wait or should I confirm somewhere somehow that my order actually went through?

My apple account on my phone (apple.com does not work) shows my order but still not as "confirmed." Delivery date is 9/19.
 
I'm adding a new line for this device(64gb plus) and they want a down payment of $400 which is bs. I've got good credit, a credit card, 2 auto loans.. Yet a phone company gives me more crap than banks.

OK, I figured out how to do that, but it's a totally different process and I did not get the option of making payments but had to pay full price. You had to select a sim and add a plan etc... It was clearly obvious that you weren't upgrading. I can't imagine that anybody could mistake this whole process for the process of doing a phone upgrade.

When I did my Jump upgrade, it was clear that was upgrading the dvice on my line and I show a "pending upgrade" on my account now.

She went to place the order, but once I said I wanted to do EIP, she said that their EIP system was having issues and she couldn't place any orders using EIP. She was told to tell customers to call back in about 2 hours and the system "should" be back up. She also said that online EIP orders wouldn't work right now either.

What a joke. I gave up trying to order last night, woke up this morning and have been trying to order online ever since, only to find that an actual T-Mobile employee can't even place the order for me.

On a positive note, the lady was extremely nice and polite, especially considering the morning she has probably had.
 
Ok update just checked my status and my EIP was received so it looks as if it's just their systems backed up. Took 4 hours exactly for it to be processed.

They are being extremely cool customers, pun intended. Ask if you can hold while they try on their end.
 
I am able to get threw TMobile pre order now (online), but should i even bother if i want one on 9/19?

seems like they are back ordered.
 
I completely gave up on t-mobile this morning. Applied for Barclay 24 month financing through apple and have the 6 Silver 64GB schedules for the 19th.
 
Tried going in-store and apparently all of T-Mobile retail is down for iPhone 6 pre-orders...
 
My order status says "Order Placed" and it says that they received my signed e document. So I should be okay right?
 
Tried to call at 9 AM PST they told me the processing system was down, same thing at 10..nice rep told me shed call back to finish my preorder :(

This Jump! situation was a mess. I am going to just drop Jump!, go with Apple Care, and call it a day. Rather just sell my phone for a better deal than deal with the inconvenience of Jump!

I would suggest you camp out early at the store. They probably don't even know yet what they will be getting from Apple and T-Mobile is a notoriously disorganized mess of a company.

Problem with camping out at T-Mobile is that if you want a device greater that 16GB, you're almost guaranteed to get screwed.
 
Yeah I'm hoping this wait list thing is real. I also went to my local T-Mo store and got put on a wait list. It looked pretty organized actually...

They said they'll be calling everyone on Thursday to confirm. I'm still showing up first thing early Friday morning though.

I was like 25th on the list.
