Seems like it was a waste for jumps "benefit" fees. Called this am and told go to the store. Go to store they can't do anything either. Customer service again and they say they can't help and inventory is already gone anyways. Seems like stock went towards new customer or new contract only and jumpers are empty handed. Sad to see that happen and little recourse for the consumer.

Makes sense from a business standpoint, but screwing your existing customers on purpose is a bad call.

Congrats on your ~250k new customers, sorry to hear about your ~250k that will JUMP ship.

(except none of that is true, because none of us will leave, because data)

Problem with camping out at T-Mobile is that if you want a device greater that 16GB, you're almost guaranteed to get screwed.

That's a good point, but if you want to do an upgrade, it's may be your'e only option. Supposedly Apple was going to start allowing Jump upgrades in their store, but I've had conflicting responses to that from both Apple and T-Mobile. Some reps say yes you can and others say no.

I was going to camp out at the Apple store but was afraid I would be told I couldn't do a Jump upgrade after waiting for 12 hours. I ended up staying up until almost 4AM and managed to do the Jump upgrade on T-Mobile's site for the Plus.

Exactly! Subtle but effective. Oops jump is down, nothing we can do but answer these new contract calls and it will come up when stock is sold through.

Yep, and if you're being honest with yourself, you can't get upset at them for it. If you were in charge of this debacle, you'd make the same decision.

Finally I was able to submit JUMP upgrade order, however the system says "error please try after some time"

But I did receive EIP letter and order confirmation in the email.
Order is pending now and I can't find it by search order number in order status.

Hope everything went through.

I would suggest you camp out early at the store. They probably don't even know yet what they will be getting from Apple and T-Mobile is a notoriously disorganized mess of a company.

I plan on arriving very early, just in case.

Same for me. I hope it went through. I got my EIP letter and I sent it back and got a confirmation. If I do order search my order status is "Order Placed" but when I call to verify they don't see the order...so not really sure. Hopefully it will be okay. I don't know when my phone will arrive though. I didn't get a notice saying my phone was on backorder, so...

I am a new customer switching to T-Mobile off of ATT though, so. We'll see I guess. I'm trying to not worry about it but I just want to know my order went through lol

Has anyone received a delivery day estimate?

Are you planning on getting 16GB?

I juuust completed my order but there wasn't a delivery date on there. I assume an email is coming? I had all sorts of problems trying to order a new phone w/ new acct (switching) I gave up this AM and just tried again. Still lots of issues but finally got through. I hope they didn't charge my credit card a million times since I had to try a million times. lol.

I tried twice. It always froze at the submit order and wouldn't work. I got two different emails for my EIP confirmation but no order confirmations. I called and she took what I wanted and said she would place the order for me and I would get a confirmation tonight or tomorrow...

Guess I will see.

I was just able to get my order in via the tmobile website - 64GB 6+ space grey, showing a delivery estimate of 9/25. I also managed to get an order in through the apple store website earlier, and that order is due in sometime between 10/13-10/20. We'll see which one gets here first. Hard to imagine that Tmobile, hours later, would be able to deliver more quickly than Apple.

If the tmobile estimate is true, I wish I would've ponied up for expedited shipping.

I got an order confirmation email but it didn't have an estimate.

On my checkout page it says 09/19
I got the 64GB space grey iP6+ about 30 minutes ago.

Interesting! Thank you!

It's not that hard to believe. T-Mobile took the longest to become available, so a fair amount of people most likely went to Apple to pre-order. Apple's T-Mobile version is also the one listed under "Contract-Free," so people looking for an unlocked iPhone 6 also purchased T-Mobile version even though they probably aren't on T-Mobile.

Anyone doing JUMP getting continually stuck on the IMEI verification page?

I was, but I kept refreshing until it went through. Eventually I got one ordered for me and my wife. I didn't get the confirmation page on my phone saying the order failed, but I see two charges on my AMEX card from T-Mobile and got an email saying it's processing, plus it shows on my T-Mobile account as well.

What I'm doing is clicking the buttons to verify the condition of my phone, hitting continue, and when it freezes, going back to the previous page to start the IMEI page again.

Is that what you were doing and wound up having it go through at some point?

----------

Eh, and now the Device List page where you pick which device to JUMP to doesn't load the phones, it loads the "You are eligible for a JUMP! upgrade!" message from the previous page.

They're obviously in the middle of sorting it out, but ffs... lamaze breathing.

I ordered two phones and four lines of service this morning at 4:30am PDT. Signed the agreement and was verified within 2-3 minutes. Too bad others have been waiting hours for verification. My order confirmation email did not provide a delivery or shipping date.

I can't get past the cart summary page where you enter in payment info. Just have the spinning wheel on the cart section of the page and can't go any further. Multiple attempts. Trying to do an upgrade via the My T-Mobile site. How are people getting through?

My order from 330 AM PT got canceled.. wasted my time .. now I can't even purchase the phone

Same exact problem for me. I was getting the verification stall and now not even the device page is populating, like this morning. I thought I was making progress...

Also I checked my email and never even received the alert email that I registered to get when preorders were ready, remember that? :p

It's looking like I'm going to have to take my chances in stores after release. Which will be difficult with my work schedule. I called Tmobile and they told me their systems for iphone preorders were down and they'd call me back when it was back up. Then I reminded the lady that I have JUMP. She then told me there was no other way to preorder with JUMP except for in store (which goes against what some have experienced here). She then told me NOT to go the store until she called me back to let me know the systems were back online. But it's been four hours with no call. Sooo, that's awesome.
