I decided to call in again and I was SUCCESSFUL! The lady even said that as far as she could tell it would ship out the day it becomes available (9/19). This was around 2 pm (Mountain).

I called: 1(800)866-2453, and said "representative".

I waited about 15 minutes until I got to a rep. I received the EIP e-mail shortly after, signed it, and had the confirmation about 5 minutes later.
 
Mine says "Being Processed" under order status, the under Order History it says "Pending Shipping"

My order was input fairly recently though (less than an hour ago)
 
Was one of the first to order a 64gb IPhone 6 thru JUMP! over the phone. But delivery date is 9/25 # why
 
Got through every different layer of the JUMP! process ... except for the order confirmation. First it wouldn't load the device list, then the IMEI page would hang up, then I could get to the checkout button but get an error.

Now it's back to not loading the device list.

Sigh. Verizon is calling my name. What's the point of JUMP if you can't JUMP!?
 
Is there any way for me to check my order status if I don't have a T Mobile account? I'm switching so I don't have an account yet.

Same here, I'm stuck getting "Order submission failed" on the very last step here. Come onnnnnnnnnn no whammy no whammy no whammy!
 
I'm showing a 9/25 delivery date - I wonder if I can still change the shipping to something faster? (defaulted to ups ground) 6+/64GB/Grey placed around 10:45a pacific...
 
mine says sept 13th delivery estimate, which is obviously false. ordered mine at 12:30pm

Ugh. sounds like delivery dates are all over the board. Which model did you order? Shipping quickly might be believable if you ordered a 6.

I ordered a 128gb 6 Plus within 10-15 minutes of them being available early this morning (not on the JUMP program) and my date is end of September….

But now I see John Legere promising JUMP customers that their orders will get priority (especially because JUMP upgrading wasn't working when the phones went online in T-Mobile's store).

What a complete mess.

At least you have a date, I ordered so early to not have one at all.
 
I like many others placed my order without using the next day shipping which is the reason i got 9/25 delivery date (it defaults to ups ground)
Unfortunately the only way to chnag ethe shipping is by canceling the entire order and placing it again

This is pretty frustrating
