I like many others placed my order without using the next day shipping which is the reason i got 9/25 delivery date (it defaults to ups ground)
Unfortunately the only way to chnag ethe shipping is by canceling the entire order and placing it again

This is pretty frustrating

Yeah, same here. I was just so happy that the site was working... had been trying for hours, and the last time I got to that last page and tried to mess with the shipping, it broke and timed-out.

I'm in the same boat but mine says 9/29

I ordered my 6 plus on JUMP around 12PM and I got a 9/19 shipping date. 9/20 delivery date. The order is pending and they did take an upgrade fee out of my account. So I am hoping for the best!

I was able to order about two hours ago, a rep called me and ordered for me. I got a Space Grey 6 with 64GB. No delivery date on my order status page unfortunately

But now I see John Legere promising JUMP customers that their orders will get priority (especially because JUMP upgrading wasn't working when the phones went online in T-Mobile's store).

Now that is awesome and probably explains why mine is showing a delivery date of tomorrow (though I know that isn't going to happen). Where did you read/hear that from?

Very frustrating, ordered a 16 GB 6 Plus, my credit card got a hold from the amount from TMO, signed the EIP and got emailed a copy, and now it says to contact them by phone which is impossible.

He's just responding to a billion tweets on Twitter. I don't know exactly what he means, but he's definitely trying to do damage control because JUMP was not working last night for the iPhone 6 / 6+.

Ordered at 1:12 PM just got my transaction processing email but still no delivery date :\ bummer

Well when I preordered my g3 I always chose standard and they end up shipping overnight. Probably because how close it is from Kentucky to Chicago. Always on launch day I get my phones. Sometimes a day early.

Okay 2 times in store and once online. Every jump order is cancelled after the eip contract is signed and confirmed. Its cancelled for non receipt of eip even with confirmation. Tech knows. Happens with order number or not.

Called in because I didn't have a delivery date yet despite ordering at 4 AM PST right after the site went up.

Told my payment didn't go through because of issues at their end and that's the holdup, but the rep assured me that I will have my phones reserved already since I signed the EIP agreement at 4 AM.

They better be right and have my family's 4 Day 1 iPhone's.

No assurances given to me. Just a ticket number as the store watched us submit twice and get confirm of signing the eip and then CSR states order cancelled for not signing. Such a farce...

Keep trying, Jumpers!

This tweet from CEO John Legere is heartening:

"No, we love our JUMP customers. Sorry for issue! JUMP orders by 9/14 will get priority as we get them. Keep trying"

So I *think* I was just able to place a JUMP order via the phone?

I spoke to a woman in the Philippines who was fairly confused. I ordered the iPhone 6 64GB space grey and she told me the phone was backordered for ‘several weeks’, but who knows if that is accurate.

I chose next-day shipping for $24.95. At the end of the call I asked her how I should return my old phone and she says ‘oh, you want to return your phone’? I’d be happy to keep my iPhone 5s but I’m pretty sure that’s the deal with the JUMP program (I have less than 1/2 of the EIP remaining on this phone). She made an offhand comment that I could just take it to a T-Mobile store after the new phone arrives.

Anyone know how they handle return of the old phone when you place a JUMP order over the phone?

I'm pretty thoroughly confused by my order. I'm a new customer, so I don't have a My T-Mobile account to check the order status, but if I check the order number at http://secure-checkout.t-mobile.com/orderstatus, there is no ship date.

However when I call the phone number on that page (1-800-672-5390), and speak my order number, it says, "Expected to be delivered by September 18, 2014."

That's obviously wrong, since it's a day before release. When I placed the order, I selected the "Saturday delivery" option, figuring that regardless of when it actually ships, that would be the fastest option. Strangely, when I go through the order process again, Saturday's not even offered now.

I'm on hold to ask a representative, but I might give up before I reach a human. In the end, I have absolutely no idea when it's shipping.

Same here. I have no clue when I'm getting my phone, and after all this today, I dont really care so long as my order IS in fact there.

For those of us who tried to order on T-Mobile's website and got to the payment page, call T-Mobile and have them check if you have multiple pending orders.

I had 2 additional orders that were showing full price to ship 9/18. It would have billed 2 additional iPhones full price to my card and I would have received 3 iPhones even though I did not fully place those orders.

The agent went in and canceled out the extra orders.

I placed an order in the store. I ordered the 128GB Gold Plus. It's showing pending shipping but no estimated ship date.

Thanks for this tip! I had been trying but failed a few times and I was afraid. I figured none of them were actually complete until I got a confirmation. I got the confirmation on the website w/ an order # but no email yet :(

UPDATE: WHOA! I have 3 orders pending. On the phone w/ TMO now trying to sort it out. haha.
Update 2: Well...I got shuffled around a bit and got to the online activities teams...they found 6 orders. geez. I just need 1 phone! Anyway, the guy was very nice and he cleared out everything and made sure just had the one I had a con # to. He said he was going to escalate it to make sure everything went through ok. He said i should be able to check tomorrow for a delivery date.

Can anyone please explain to me how I can preorder on TMOBILE.com without having to upgrade or add a line. I don't see any options for that online. Thank you.

Finally managed to get mine preordered and I didn't notice I picked the wrong color. Now, I'm patiently waiting for a call back in 35 minutes
