So you just want to buy a phone outright? You can only do that on the Apple site @ full price or at least that's the most straight forward way to do it. If you're looking for installment plans, I think you have to go the upgrade route.

Almost he same order, but a 6 64 gb in gold. Also no shipping date, but I paid for the expedited shipping too... We shall see
I want to finance the phone. I am already with T-mobile and I already have my plans. I just want to buy the phone without having to do all those. I spoked to T-Mobile and they said I can buy the phone without having to upgrade or add a new plan. I can still finance it but they didn't help me on how to do so, instead they said there is something wrong with the website at the moment, try again in a few hours. But it's been like this since 3 30AM PT!

Finally got into TMO site and ordered 6Plus 128gb space gray. Shipping was 1 to 6 weeks. If I'm able to get one from Apple store first, I'll cancel TMO order.
What made you decide to switch? I ordered the silver and had second thoughts that I should have gotten the gold. Lol
I ordered at about 6AM EST and it doesnt even have a delivery date , This whole Pre Ordering thing is a mess.
Finally was able to preorder through JUMP on the website after I got home from work today. I was able to get all the way to the final payment and submit order page, and while it was loading it timed out. But apparently it went through because I almost immediately got a text message and an email saying the order was received and was being processed. Does this count as a confirmation email, is that what that looks like?
Haven't received any other emails over the last 3-4 hours but I did check the website for my order status and it says expected delivery is 9/20. I find these delivery times hard to believe! I'll wait for a formal email before I believe that. My friends/coworkers who bought on ATT at 330 this morning have a month to wait. I figure my wait would be at least that long considering I wasn't able to order until the end of the day. If this is accurate it would almost be worth all the refreshing and phone calling I did today... I'm so paranoid that I almost want to call them just to make sure my order is really in. 😛

This is EXACTLY what happened to me. The website says "failure" after I hit "submit", but the order actually went through and shows 09/20 as delivery date. Ordered at 1:17 pm CT.
But I have no luck JUMPing my gf's line so far. stuck at the payment submission page forever.

As a current Tmobile subscriber with the white/silver 5s, I preordered the iPhone 6 (64GB, gold) on apple.com this morning at around 6:15AM PDT with the 9/19 ETA.
I went to bed at 2AM since the Apple Store was unavailable and the iOS App didn't let me select a contract-free unit. I set my alarm at 6AM and no drama from there.
I usually waited in-line on launch day, except the 3GS and this iPhone 6. Let's see how it goes.

I wanted the Silver from the start. I got so excited that the T-Mobile site was finally working I didn't pay attention to what I clicked on.
Does anyone know if the T-Mobile GSM model sold in the US work in the UK on the vodafone network. It seems like the LTE bands match up but im talking about general cellular coverage?

I think people that have the // in the date and ordered early will have it updated to 9/19 eventually

OK, this is just great. I just discovered after all my insistence that I did a Jump upgrade, that my upgrade got processed as a regular upgrade. I'm now going to have to go into a T-Mobile store tomorrow and get this straightened out. There's no way in life that I'm canceling this pre-order. They are just going to have to figure out how to clean it all up in their system.
I had the same issue all day, you just have to keep trying. There are these tiny windows where it almost works, lol. What a mess, but if they ship our stuff out first, that's good at least. Keep trying off and on and you'll probably be able to do it before Sunday.
