Alright thanks. I ordered the phone as an added line so I don't get the delivery estimate but by calling a number from T-Mobile it tells me its being shipped or delivered on the 18th. I ordered at like 5am PDT.

My phone order was cancel. I went to a tmobile store and made a order at 9.49 eastern, says order is processing ups ground no shipping date as of 12.13 am 9/13/14
Did you get to the page to electronically sign your EIP? If not, it might not be ordered.

I was able to do a jump online. I signed my EIP electronically and did expedited shipping. Now it shows estimated delivery of 9/14. Ha ah that's funny Tmo.
Best way to know is if your card gets charged. Last time I order the 5 from sprint my shipping info was available until the morning of the release date which I did get the phone the same day
Same here. The rep did the order for me and after i signed the EIP I received a confirmation but no estimated ship date. I guess we'll just get it when we get it. Now I know 2 years from now to order through Apple and pickup in store instead.

Quick question, after I port my number from AT&T to T-Mobile, does that automatically cancel my account with AT&T, or do I have to also call them to cancel?
I placed my order around 12:30AM this morning under a business account. It doesn't show any delivery date all it says is backordered does anyone else's look like that?
I also signed the EIP online as well.
It's weird not sure if it's because I have a business account?

As soon as T-Mobile ports your number, your ATT account is cancelled. It's what I did.
JUMP customers were not able to preorder most of the day, they deserve some sort of compensation.
order went in at 4:20am. Calling the number above says expected delivery is 9/18.

I'm moving to T-Mobile from AT&T. I preordered my iPhone 6+ and paid full price at Apple.com. It says I'll get it the first week of Oct. which is fine because my contract ends Oct. 1st. Next we are going to be making a line on the 19th for the rest of my family to get it at Apple. Can they make a new T-Mobile plan at the store? Or should I start one at T-Mobile first before the 19th? Does anyone know if you also have to pay full price of the phone if you buy it at the store? Thanks!
We have family plan of 4 and we are all moving. It has to be done one by one because the contracts end at different times.

if you want to buy the tmobile (basically, the unlocked phone) one, you will have to pay full price. the only way to get the installment plan is to do it through tmobile.
Has anyone preordered from T-Mobile before? I've spoken to two service reps about delivery dates. One mentions that the iPhone won't be shipped until the 19th and I was curious if this is really the case? I ordered mine on 9/12 at about 7:30am over the phone and she told me i'd receive on the 19th with the standard delivery.
Does T-Mobile ship ahead of time or will it be shipped on the 19th? My order has no delivery date but mentions it is pending shipping.
