What a bunch of b/s

I have called numerous times, and received all sorts of delivery estimates. I was one of the first to call, because of course they are the only US carrier not to have online ordering at 3AM Eastern like ATT and VZW. I was told I would have it the 19th. Now I am being told Thanksgiving, the 1st, the 25, the 21, the 19th.

Who am I to believe. This is insane!!!!

And now it shows backordered.

Eastern? CT? Pacific?

I really do not think CS even knows. They are probably just told to make things up as they go along. Clearly that have no idea the policies and procedures of the entire process because every time you call you get a different story. At this point you can not even cancel your order.

I called CS **AGAIN** asked how I cancel my order and the manager rudely told me I had to refuse the package then told me her name, title, location and said "will there be anything else?"

The only reason why I use T-Mobile is because of their international roaming. It certainly isn't because of their signal quality in the US, customer service, and technology in the US.

Was told by a rep a few min ago back order because the phone isn't available yet. She told me I will get my phone on the 19th. She promises and I order 9.45 eastern at a tmobile store

How is everyone checking their order status? It keeps giving me the system is unavailable to check order status online (T-Mobile) and when I called the CS told me their system was down as well and they cannot see any shipping estimates for anyone. They told me everything was precessed correctly but that's all they could see.

What's the best number for me to call where I can talk to a representative right now? I tried 1-800-TMOBILE and it says they can't take my call right now.

My order status has gone from "preparing shipment" to "back ordered" very displeasing :\

Mine did the same thing and I'm currently on hold with T-Mobile to figure out WTF happened. I ordered around 7AM CST and like you had received a text and confirmed that it was pending shipment. If this is over them giving Jump! customers "Priority" its a bunch of ********. I have bought several phones outright already. These orders should be first come first serve. If they wanted to give Jump! orders some priority they should have allocated a certain percentage of the stock just for "Jump!" orders and announced it in advance.

Just got this text from tmobile

Free T-Mobile Msg: Order # is currently backordered with no estimated delivery date. You will receive another message when in stock and shipped. More info at my.t-mobile.com.

Everyone needs to just calm down. According the rep I talked to, it's "Backordered" because they don't have the phones yet and their system automatically classifies the status as backordered until they do. The reps say it will ship on the 19th and I see no reason that won't happen. It's just a phone.

Yeah, I just received this txt as well.

I hope it just means since its a preorder it is showing backorder.....

I JUST received a text stating that my order was on backorder and there was no estimated delivery date:mad:

I don't know whether or not to just wait it out or call CS and complain as the rep who I ordered from was very confident I'd get it on the 19th-24. Working retail myself I understand how new product launches can be a hectic, confusing, and stressful experience for employees but I DID get up at 3:00am only for T-Mobile to take their sweet time updating the site for pre-orders and when I called at 8:30am EST it was with the understanding that all of this wouldn't be for naught....

I'd cancel the pre-order and wait in line at a T-Mobile store if I could but i'll actually be working, SELLING the iPhone 6 all day Friday so I have no wiggle room to get it.

Yes "Backordered" big deal just glad I have my order in and I will get it when I get it. Do I want it on Friday YOU BET, will I loose sleep over it NO. It is good to see that some peoples only problem in life is if they are getting there new phone on Friday. Going to call and complain? Really?

I agree and if they wanted to give EVERYONE a level playing field they should've had the damn site ready at 3:01am like the other carriers. T-Mobile really messed this one up

The only reason I want it ASAP is so I can get the maximum trade in value for my 5s. If I can't trade that in for a while due to a back ordered 6 it's value will fall.

Ziggo,

I got up at 1:50 AM CST to catch the online pre-order also. Too add injury I started calling them at 5:00 A.M. and got in the hold queue for an hour before getting to a sales person. In the middle of making the order he puts me on hold and hung up on me. I had to get in the queue again and didn't manage to get an order in till close to 7:00 A.M. This pre-order was done horribly on their part. While I don't work retail, I do have a government job which doesn't allow me the opportunity to just take off when I please.

I hate them, if I have to play the whole reserve a phone at the Apple store it's going to be for VZW after this pre order debacle.

It's not the phone I even care about so much, it's about being treated like complete ***** by a company I pay every month.

I stayed up all night to pre order at 3 AM ET on 9/12, and along with everyone else in this thread, couldn't order a damn thing! I had to call at 6 AM ET, finally off the phone at 6:30 AM. 3 1/2 hours after being up all night just to send me a message a day later saying it's back ordered.

Now their site says Jump customers get priority this weekend, when before they said it was first come first serve.

After being told by their twitter that I could order at 3 AM ET on 9/12 and not being able to - then having to call at 6AM to do it. yeah, if they're going to waste my time for a bunch of ******** I'm going to call and complain and switch if I don't get it on 9/19.

I believe it wasn't till after 4pm PT that JUMP! Customers (like myself) could pre order due to a glitch in the system. JUMP! Customers couldn't order online, over the phone or in stores while non JUMP! Customers could. That's a lot of customers not being able to pre order till about 16 hours after pre orders began.... As far as my status goes, while I finally was able to order my 2 iPhone 6's it showed shipped by 9/19/14. After I submitted the order online it currently shows the phones being processed and shipped on 9/20/14. I ordered the phones around 4:30pm PT yesterday.

I understand what your saying Vanilla Ice. However, T-Mobile shouldn't be prioritizing anyones order when they totally ****** up the entire pre-order.

Like many others I got the back order text and email when I was one of the first to call. 64gb 6+ SG. Did anyone else sign up to be "the first to know when preorder is available" on their site last week? Ha, that was a joke, never received a single notification, but anyway.... Save your time and energy and don't call customer service. Despite people here saying how nice a rep was in assuring you that it will be shipped the 19th, I imagine the truth is they have no clue. I called after the back order text because I was irritated JUMP was getting priority when I was upgrade eligible on my account. I had to tell the rep where to read the announcement from her own CEO. My complaint is that I have no date for shipping whatsoever and that really irritates me when people on here do have dates and ordered after I did. Oh well I guess. Nothing these reps can really do once they confirm your account says back order. From that point on they are just trying to be positive and feed you a line of crap to get you off the phone.
